Re: [1500 TH] p2pool: Decentralized, DoS-resistant, Hop-Proof pool

My node also does this and I would love a fix for it. It sometimes causes a lot a asic HW errors when this happens.  I'm using jtoomim 1mb_segwit  15.0-93-gb190c56-dirty
My guess is the miners are waiting for new work and stop hashing.

Hello everybody.
Can someone help solve this problem?
Links to different BCH nodes:

Dips in the chart at the same time.
Nothing important or is it a problem?
Personally, I tried the source versions from jtoomim and from Sawa.
Connecting the server to Internet through NAT or without it.
Bitcoin ABC version 0.16.1, 0.16.2 and 0.16.3
But!
On these nodes, there are no such dips on the graphs.

What is the reason? The difference in the hardware?
I'm so sorry my english isn't good.
Thanks!

is everything working right with the payouts?
on the jan 5th block i got a payout and i havent mined here for months.. ?

it was pretty significant too about 18$ .0012 btc..

the thing i was only mining here with 5 compacs so my hash rate would have been about 60ghs..

thats like almost a whole years worth of bitcoin mining on that hash rate in one block?

if everything is working ok, maybe i should put them back on this pool haha.. they are solo mining on solo ck now.. for a slim to non chance of a block..
Working fine. It's the reward for being one of the first in the pool while stats were building up, along with the high rewards from transaction fees. Rewards haven't even started decaying from 5 blocks' worth yet. Your share is reducing only as a proportion of total shares still so you have maybe a couple of blocks to go.

After the next block will the dormant miners start loosing HERP?
No, when we cross 5x network diff in herp, ie about 10 quadrillion shares. However the dormant miners' share of the herp is lessening as time progresses so it's not like they're entitled to the same payout with each subsequent block.

Thanks, got it...5nd.  Another reason to keep me watching the stats.
You’ve created a pool that’s more addictive as crack cocaïne.

Any guesses on when or how many days from now we would reel in a nice block? guesses for fun...
I guesstimate 16 days, whats your guess?

The next block will come fast... My 2 T9’s are hashing hard, spitting out big shares, and move on up the list!

This pool is awesome.  It’s fun to watch yourself and others move up.  I just wish the stats were in an easy to read format.   Someone with the skills, please make a great website for the pool.

Anyone interested in changing over to this pool should jump in, watch your workers climb that Payout list!

I think this might be a more userful list. It should show the top 50 contributors to the pool over the last 7 days.

I’m number 15 after just ~3 days with 2 T9’s.

If this pool had a fancy front end it would be a top 10 hash rate pool.  I don’t understand why you don’t invest in a pretty website.  You could take a small fee and be rolling in BTC.

I just upgraded my S9 from bmminer 1.0 to cgminer 4.9.2
My error rate is MUCH lower.   One downside is now I can not see chip temperatures.
Well considering that one was made by a scammer who's code includes going to his site ... I'll say now - discuss it elsewhere.
Should I uninstall it?

Has anyone received a payout from here?
I'm over the .01 threshold and i've been waiting 3 days for a payout.
I moved my miners elsewhere until this gets resolved.
When I first started on this pool they were supposedly in beta mode, so payment took a while. They seem to have gotten it together. I just received a payout this morning. I would suggest giving it another day. If you don't receive payout, email the manager that is on the home page. From my personal experience they seem  to be fairly receptive. Good luck!

Are you still mining here?  If so, are your payouts coming everyday?
