It isn't easy task to find coin which is gonna do 10x, let alone 100x-1000x. I don't have any candidates for hit like that. But I believe Stox is the best candidate to do x'es.

I think the Bitcoin Cash could be 10X from here. But do not think it will be 100X soon.

If you want to have a steady growth of your BTC, i suggest you put your BTC into freebitco.in (website is on my signature) wallet and get a 4.08% annual return on what you put, this is their new feature. They pay out daily and its compounded. It's a long standing bitcoin faucet which has been there since 2013 i think.

Is that very secure?

Investing in altcoins is not that kind of gambling because you need to do research first and also read different feed backs in different sites or places to make sure that the altcoin that you are investing is a good one and not that scam scheme altcoin. For me, Investing in altcoin will be gambling if you are a greedy person who just invest and then do nothing.
Yes, altcoin investments are too risky to have. Still, investing in altcoin is different thing from gambling which is the source to increase your earning when you are doing it with select altcoins like more established altcoins.

Yes, investing in altcoin is much better than gambling but it requires a lot of concentration and you have to keep in view to the market’s up and down.
Indeed, the altcoin market is hard even for an experienced trader since the prices are unstable and it takes a lot of time trying to watch and understand how the prices change, so if you have the time and you got some experience in trading yeah you could grow a lot of bitcoin from altcoins, otherwise you are signing your own death wish because it is too risky.

If you can mine some good altcoins and then sell them for bitcoin, then you can make some good profit.

Just wait till you find that you've enough profit then convert it into your currency then buy again when price get low again rinse and repeat.

That will be a too long process. Rather than that start trading with a small amount. When you turn it into fiat there will be a fee, although now fees are there even on transactions. But that will be a more profitable thing to grow your BTC.

Yeah making profits from buying and selling bitcoins will take a long time to grow your coins better option would be to put that money in altcoin trading and start making small profits and eventually it will help you in growing your coins in long term.
yes trading alt coin is also a good way of making money but in fact currently the price of bitcoin expected to increase therefore if a person simply hold bitcoin in present time he can surely make more profit that what he can make from trading alt coin. more ever holding bitcoin is also a safe way of making money.

The bitcoin price will rise a lot against the fiat as the fiat printing is accelerating.

The united states live from their good reputation.
Although they have already been nearly insolvent a few times during the last years, the USA get negative real interest rates on government debt.
That means the market believes that there are no alternatives with sufficiently low risk.
Hopefully the market is not wrong.

The US credability will be lost soon and the US dollar will crash.
Will bitcoin also crash if dollar crash? most of bitcoin buying through fiat is done with dollar,if it crashes, there will be less buying
No. When the buying power of dollars is getting crashed out, interestingly bitcoin will get more power in term of buying capability. Usually dollar and gold are inverted connected so we can assume bitcoin too. When dollar will lose its value, bitcoin will gain.

Buying bitcoins using fiats has nothing to do with this by any means. (If dollar crashed out, we just need more dollars to buy one bitcoin.)

It is possible that the US dollar price will be much higher in the near future.

The problem with printing money all the time is it keeps making the middle classes and poor people even poorer as their purchasing power keeps going down and this isn't a good thing long term at all. Also increasing the debt ceiling is a big problem and this has to be sorted out. Russia and China are buying up a lot of gold reserves, what is the U.S doing to strengthen it's fiat currency?
When governments of the world turn on the printing press to get out of debt the middle class is the most affected by far, the rich will still be rich since they have houses, jewelry and stuff like that, the truly poor are still very poor, the middle class is the one that has most of their wealth confiscated through inflation.

The inflation will affect the middle and lower class more than the upper class. So the poorer people should support the bitcoin.

But I believe you are misinterpreting the info they provide.

I got it after comparing with ETH subpool statistics. But some people can think that there are real cheats.

My displayed hash rate is higher than the local rate, but the share rate is lower than that computed by the hash rate.

it seems to me not so much profitable.

Zcash 24 our 380 h/s = $15.45

ETH 24 our  350 mh/s = $26.39

ETHC 24 our 350 mh/s = $24.03

if for cards 470 480 380x 390x do not get to 100 h / s to not see well card

 Huh Huh Huh

Your equihash rate is way too low. If done right it should be double of what ethash rates are.

That is about right. For my AMD R9 390, it can do 30MH/s. For the ZEC, it can do 60 slol/s or 30H/s. 1H/s = 2 Sol/s.

60 on a r9 390 (not x ?)  mine does 56-57  what clock you run at?

in total i do 410mh on ether and 860 on zcash (r9 270 has very good speed, close to 380's)

I had 58-60 sols/s for 390 nonx, the frequency is 1120/1250. The memory frequency does not need to be too high.

The only saving grace for the USA is that its  external debt is denominated in dollars, which it can print. This is not the case for other countries. As long as they are able to refinance their debt, the cycle continues.

That is right. The American government does not need to worry about its debt. It can easily pay back.

If you need to grow bitcoin i suggest not to put it on any investment sites now because it's very tempting to them to turn to scam because the price of bitcoin is continue rising. So i were you i will just increase my bitcoins by signature campaigns.
What the relationship of the price btc is rising and the investment place to be a scam?if your means about the value will be more caused by the rising i can say no for that, because the scammer are not cares about that.

If a investment site offers you to double your bitcoin in a year, it is probably a scam. No real investment can be that high.

It's a gud time to double down. ETH is still cheap comparing to what it will be in a few years time.

I think it is not a time to double down. the Etheruem price is very stable at the moment, it might rise soon.

Is it time to buy ethers or just sell those which are already in pocket? Any idea?
from today trend it is not bad to invest some amount in ethereum but we should not have to invest for longer time in that as it is not a stable currency so we cannot say that it will rise continuously or will be at higher price for longer. In short its price is unpredictable.

I think now the price is going better and we can trust on it as from the time of hard fork we are seeing that there is now no any issue with ethereum and everyone is investing in it and are happy with it.

I do not see the price of Ethereum to go any lower. The hard fork was a success and the stolen money was returned.

Me: Checks date of original post, shakes head with embarrassment for poster.

ETC is dead guys the scam is Fait Accomplis. The only reason for it to bounce back now is A) people selling off their remaining coins   and B) weirdos on BTC forums who for some reason don't like to let scams go that kinda sounded like good ideas in their origin.

There is absolutely no reason to trust these people any more! Get over it and find a new coin!

How do you explain the current high price?

Maybe the hacker of the DAO has not dumped his ETC yet. When start dumping, the price of ETC will go lower.

Can I ask a dumb question? is it possible that ETC and ETH will both just continue to do well and climb steadily, or does one have to eventually win and be the only remaining coin, cause based just on how much this coin is being talked about everywhere, I think its got some life left.

I believe they both can continue to rise steadily or crash independently from each other. Just the same Devs. Kind of a dick move to fork, if you ask me

The Ethereum Classic Declaration of Independence

https://ethereumclassic.github.io/assets/ETC_Declaration_of_Independence.pdf

So there will be no more tolls about the ETH by the ETC supporters. They will have their own business to mind.

Not necessary true. The ETC shills want to destroy the ETH and pump the ETC and then dump it as the DAO hacker might dump it.

It is race against the time to dump the ETC before the early September deadline is approaching. I think it is the 2nd of September.

But if the ETC whales have more then $40 million, they shall be able to buy all the selling by the DAO hackers.

It is possible. But most people think the ETC is just a hack coin or scam coin, so they might not invest in it.

Most of the developers said they will only support the ETH. So the ETC has to do a lot of work to attract developers.

Some supporters of the ETC are large bitcoin holders, they might have plenty of money. But they can also just dump it after their pump.

ETH exchange rate currently is not bad, on the past day there were many ups and downs but if we zoomout the chart we can see that it still worth to buy ethereum and probably sell later, I'm thinking to buy some and hold them for a week as I hope I can make profit.

From the current price trend and words from the developers, it is better to keep some ETH now.

After the Ethereum hard fork success, if there is big trouble with the bitcoin, it can learn from Ethreum and do a hard fork.

How will it happen?

Will it just suddenly one day drop to $0?  Or will be a slow painful bear market finishing near $0 but never quite reaching at?  Some believers will never sell no matter what price ??

What do you guys think?
Has it ever happened that the Bitcoin price was down at $0 because if you ask me it looks not even possible for the Bitcoin to be free.
If that has ever happened then something must have been wrong because that cannot just happen.

The main thing that can drive the bitcoin price down is a big bug found in the bitcoin and most of coins are stolen.

I am not sure if those bitcoin shills or the community members will propose a hard fork. I hope bitcoin will survive.
