I'd like to understand better how the 10% for charities will be shared. Who will decide who will benefit? I like the idea, and I agree this should be the purpose of cryptocurrencies to benefit to all: being decentralized is nice but if the only purpose is to benefit a few, as financial institutions do...
On the other hand, I agree Devs should not own most of the nodes if you want to attract people to your project.
