Im pretty sure that technically people from the US arent supposed to invest in ICOs at all. And since theres no regulations on icos or altcoins...or even bitcoin as a whole right now in the US. Im not entirely sure theres anything the FBI can really do about this anyways. Im not an attorney and really dont have a full understand of exactly what kind or crimes the FBI can and cant pursue. So this is really just my opinion on the matter. Investing in ICOs is and always has been an "at your own risk" investment platform and until there are stricter regulations it will continue to be this way and there will continue to be scam after scam. It is up to us to do better background investigations into these icos to better inform ourselves and make smarter investments. Regulating icos would be great for preventing scams...but would likely make it worse in a lot of other ways.

Before you "pump" anything,  please stop ignoring every ones questions and concerns about the thousands of bitcoin withdrawals you aren't letting go through. I myself have over 1.25btc stuck on your site and until I see that money...theres no way I can recommend a single person to your "new" coin. I fully expected them all to be scams. I invested knowing this. But...like with Regal. The plan was to buy cheap and sell on day 1 for a profit (call me a dumper if you want but in reality its the only safe way to invest in these Lending coins), but now they are all finding a way to stop us from even doing that...by closing up shop before they can even be sold. So...youre right. Less and less people will be fooled into buying into these Lending ICOS. I would hope so atleast.

They changed the rules, forced lending and changed the lending lock in periods.....and while everyone is complaining about all this....No one has realized that BTC withdrawals havent been working all day. So for all the people that LOVE Bitbase and think that this forced lending crap was a "great idea"...they can pay 10% interest per day and it wouldnt matter because as far as I can tell....You cant withdrawal anything anymore. Homepage shows 20 withdrawals ALL DAY. None in last 9 hours and 18 of which were made in one 15 minute period between 3-3:15. Looks to me like they are already running. Theyll likely keep the site up to maintain appearances while they dump all their tokens on the exchanges. Then...bye bye Bitbase.

Thanks, I mean i kinda figured. the part that threw me off a bit was that he said "commissions" from people who bought during the "mega sale", so i wasnt 100% sure. I completely understand not wanting people to try and take early profits which would ultimately affect their ico sales from now until the 27th.

I have a question. Im pretty sure i know the answer but I guess Id just like a little confirmation to feel better lol. I currently have 54000 BTB, most of which was purchased during the mega sale. None of it can be sold on the current exchnagers...i understand this. But, That amount will be available to do whatever i want with after the ico right? there isnt going to be restrictions on my balance just because i got them for cheaper right?
