Aside from checking the whitepaper and the team behind the project, I also make sure to check if they have a working product first as this gives me more assurance that what they're aiming is already in the works. One project I've been keeping an eye on is NeuronChain. There are a lot of scam ICOs these days so we must always be careful on who to trust.

I believe that if you chose right. It will pay off at the end. Despite many ICOs emerging, there are still good ones existing though. I'm keeping an eye out on NeuronChain for now. Their product has great potential

For now, I'm keeping an eye out on NeuronChain. I have read their whitepaper and they already have a product that's already running on the Main Net. Having a product they can show is a pretty good sign to me. Here's their website if you'd want to check their whitepaper https://neuronchain.io/

I agree with that. That would make a great foundation. A working product would mean they can carry the project to success.
