From the moment the market went down in the spring and the crypto winter set in, top token sale platforms either stopped holding sales altogether, for example, CoinList and Binance Launchpad, or greatly reduced their number, such as DAO Maker.
Nevertheless, the cryptocurrency as a technology is developing, the crisis will end sooner or later, and strong platforms will continue to work and conduct sales. Previously, I made guide articles on CoinList, Binance Launchpad and DAO Maker (links to them are "hardwired" in the titles). Participated in sales on CoinList and Binance Launchpad and made money on it.
And somehow there was no time to study Tokensoft. I heard that this is one of the top sales platforms, but in practice I did not use it. Therefore, I decided to figure out how it works, register and at the same time make an article.

As you know or can learn from the article Tokensale or primary sale of cryptocurrency. Part 1, there are three types of sales: ICO, when the organizer is a private centralized platform, IEO - the organizer is a centralized exchange, IDO - the organizer is a decentralized platform.
There is a handy Cryptorank resource that tracks platforms and ranks them. According to his data, the TOPs are Binance Launchpad, CoinList and DAO Maker, each in its own direction.
The rating is based on current and maximum profitability, that is, on top are the sites where the largest number of successful tokensales took place - when, theoretically, you can make the maximum x from the price of the sale, provided that the token is sold on highs.
In the IDO and IEO categories, several dozen platforms are represented, and in the ICO there are only three: CoinList, Tokensoft and a certain Republic. Moreover, the third in all respects many times behind the first two. And the reckoning of CoinList as an ICO platform is quite controversial, since it has long gone beyond this framework by creating its own exchange. Therefore, based on the rating, Tokensoft deserves attention

It has been operating since 2017, US jurisdiction (like CoinList).
The most famous projects that conducted sales on it: Avalanche (AVAX), Tezos (XTZ), TheGraph (GRT), Moonbeam (GLMR), Acala (ACA). The first three are in the TOP100 by capitalization, while Moonbeam and Acala are top projects in the Polkadot ecosystem.
We see that, despite the falling market, four projects show a positive result, and at their maximums, all five showed profit, some of them simply cosmic.
But these are all old sales made before October last year. A completely different result is shown by the sales conducted by the site over the past year:
We see that out of 9 conducted tokensales, two were positive at the moment, some have not yet entered the public auction, and those that have entered are currently showing a failed result.
💡ATH (or hai) is the maximum price of the token for all time. For most new little-known projects, the maximum price is typical only at the beginning of trading on the public market. Investors who have invested in the sale want to take profits and sell tokens as soon as trading begins, which leads to a strong price reduction.
A high price can be from several minutes to several days, after which it falls. If you miss the moment or the tokens are blocked or transactions do not go through, etc., then it is not a fact that the investor will have time to sell at ATH. This must be taken into account when deciding to participate in the token sale.
Looking at the statistics of Tokensoft over the past year, it becomes clear why the same CoinList and Binance Launchpad stopped the sales - investors are not ready to invest in new projects. And the second moment.
There are a lot of platforms for organizing token sales, and even last year, sales took place literally several times a day, in total on all sites. Now the market shows that many projects that then went on tokensales turned out to be very weak or not viable at all.
