I'd also add that a crypto addict is very nervous and overall not nice towards others when his investments aren't going as planned. But when prices go to the moon he is overexcited and wants to hug everyone around.

Yes, in my opinion HODLing is sometimes even more profitable than day trading and definately saves a lot of nerves. I'm a HODLer and I advise HODLing good project coins for at least a year.

Visa, American Express and Mastercard are not offering payments with cryptocurencies, at least for now. You can make purchases with BTC online though in quite a lot of online stores. Just google them and you'll find it.

As long as Bitcoin is a Crypto and is based on a Blockchain we should not mix Bitcoin with Blockchain as they are 2 different things. Bitcoin is just a coin and Blockchain is a way to store the information about transactions made with Bitcoin.

I think that sometimes even news don't matter because a lot of people don't even know what is happening in the crypto world. They just observe their holdings and when seeing a next big dip they just decide to sell as well.

I had the possibility to use one of those ATM's and besides them being quite expensive when talking about transaction fee they are a great solution for many to quiclky withdraw cash whenever you need it.

We don't need any ETF, and the average Joe doesn't even know what is ETF. Go in the street to ask about, you will maybe find 2% of people who know what you're talking about. So I don't see how it can help with the mainstream adoption. Only the Bitcoiners care about ETF with the hope to see any accepted, and it's not to get Bitcoin recognized, it's just a matter to see the price jumping to make more profits. #FollowTheMoney
Exactly, we don't need ETF for mass adoption. For mass adoption we need more people to buy Bitcoin and use it, that's all. The more people will use it the faster it will be used as a normal currency and the price will explode.

It may depend on your fee that you did agree on when doing the transaction. I always set up a medium fee and the transfer did not take more than 1 to 2 hours.
