The white rabbit is a troll guys, please ingore him...

He's just throwing bad clues at you, clues already explored in the past or clues where you can imagine anything out of them.

For example, I could show you another white rabbit in the painting... It's just like when you look at cloud, you can see any shape you want.

Report him, there is 85% chance the rabbit is from Greece.

Bacon's biliteral cipher was the main lead some time ago.

I tried some stuff with it, nothing interesting I found but that's because I'm missing something I'm sure.

This picture is nice and explain the concept very well

http://www.cabinetmagazine.org/issues/40/FriedmanNYPL2_FINAL.jpg

Maybe it's something similar to this but with more than just binary. I saw a cypher using a pig where 6 parts of the pig are either 1 or 0 (eye open/close, tail big/short, mouth open/close ....)

More I think about it more I think it's broken (maybe because of painting technique?)  (that is why she posted new picture - and she says that nowhere she said it was a clue - maybe she gave up on this but it's bad PR to said that people have followed broken puzzle for 3 years).

There isn't no single point to catch first, even 1flamen6 is no good. I'm quite annoyed and tired, probably like a lot of people before me.

If it will not be solved I hope she will leave solution in her last will  (I wish her long and happy life, don't get me wrong! Smiley )

That is all for now, I'm going to bed. I have already trouble in work because of this %$#@#$ puzzle, so tomorrow only read some or post but no quality analysis. Fortunatelly I switched off computer during weekend and manage to have a great time with kids, it was worth it.

- I also think that there is too much guessing but that's maybe because we haven't seen the obvious clue.

- The new picture (high-rez) is not a clue but helped many people. We stopped working on wrong path (jpeg glitch which showed as text in the painting)

- With the new picture (.tif) you can see brush strokes, you can see how she painted it (the order) and even though I'm not sure you can spot some mistake she made and fixed (see the first flame, bottom right, inner track => Looks like it was a purple flame first and changed to a red one).

- It's not bad PR to have an unsolved puzzle. The most famous puzzles were unsolved for a long time.

- Don't burn out on the puzzle, if you don't see anything take a break, come back to it later.

Men, the one who created this puzzle wouldn't give so many clues like you did.

You also have a problem to write proper english, why should I trust you ?

Do you want Bitcoin cash ? Wink

the painting isn't just about colors and flames, we have many elements, but if there is a start position for flames then i believe that it should be the lower left G swirl for many reasons: firstly this is the only G that has fire inside it and the flames to the right (bottom edge) is longer and bigger, whereas on left side edge becomes smaller and fewer even they can't cause any harm to the 2 leafs, notice that we have 2 leafs inside left edge and only one inside top edge, in right edge one leaf just touches the edge, and no leafs inside bottom edge, and we have that queen piece melting as the flames in the bottom edge are stronger. lastly i can clearly see number 2 on the upper edge of the lower right G swirl (after zoom in) which refers to the order of G swirls and direction... ((lower left G is the first then lower right then upper right then upper left))

Can you please have a look at the high definition of the picture published by Coin_artist on Twitter and confirm or deny your message ? You can find it as pinned on her twitter.

I also saw the 2 as well on the first version of the picture (low res), but in the end it was just a jpeg artefact, see my previous message.

Thank you game master for the high res picture !!!

https://twitter.com/coin_artist/status/938483706607611907

This new tweet give us many information about the puzzle. We now have the answer to the following questions (as I see it).

# 1 The private key is only in the painting or also in the digital file ? There is nothing to extract from the digital file, all the information needed are inside the painting (because we have the .jpg and .tif version of the file). I spent time looking for the DCT coefficients histogram in the jpeg file which is useless, there was nothing strange but I wasn't 100% sure, now I have the answer.

# 2 I had the feeling that some text was hidden in the painting, for example, bottom right of the picture, in the jpeg file you can see a "2" in the Grec symbol. I also had the feeling that some text was hidden in a ray of light coming from the keyhole. Thanks to the .tif file I now know that there is no such text in the picture. The "2" is just a JPEG artifact and the text in the ray of light are just brush stroke. So to answer the question one person had on twitter, I don't think there were details we couldn't see in the .jpg file, just things we could overthink.

Unless I'm wrong, something has changed here.

I remember that first 2 comments on page 28 were at the bottom of the page/thread, not the first of a new page.

Anyone edited/deleted a post ?

There is no trace about clues given back in 2015 by Coin_artist.

Looks like there was retweet about Base6 and Baconian Cipher but can't find the tweets from 2015.

Does anyone know if we have to look at the picture as a painting (no digital editing) or if we should look at it like a photo of the painting (could have been edited).

Could we solve the puzzle by only looking at the painting in a gallery for example ? (still having a computer to compute the base conversion, sha256 etc...)

Thx !

Hello,

Thank you for the puzzle.

Is it just for the fun or there is something to win ? The BTC address you gave is empty.

I started to work on the puzzle, from the following string included in the QR code.

1231154114454330
0391279044894345
0556266374112278
8696551050230412
1229246084358588

If I read from left to right, top to bottom, I find the following binary sequence

1111100100111000110

Which I then split in 5 numbers but It gives me nothing.
