If am right this is like a social media platform but the users get paid depending on their popularity and the activities they engaged in the platform. But now according to your post you said is the community that will get the coin listed on any exchange. How can this be archive because any project that comes out it is always the team that get the project listed in an exchange and the communicate with the community on which exchange it has been listed on. Does it mean the project will on be listed on exchange base on the voting power of the community and what if they are not able to win the voting competition it means they will never get listed.
what is meant by this, is that our community can list their coins for sale on any exchange that we are listed on so that a advertisers can buy direct from our community members.

yes that is correct, at the moment this can be done by posting content in our community forum http://neckcoinforum.com/ , your content can then be awarded REP points by other community members.
Once you have collected a minimum of 5000 REP you can cash them out for 5000 NECK.
Our social network site will use the same idea of users being rewarded for being active, but as of yet the full details are not final.

My NeckCoin review.
Now this project is not world changing or "the next Bitcoin" and they don't claim to be, it is a simple idea and one that I think can work.
Their plan is to have a social media platform like Facebook/Twitter but aimed at people interested in crypto.
The users of the site can earn rewards payed in NECK for hitting milestone like number of followers,post likes or shares.
They are going to have advertising slots on the site and if you want to advertise you have to pay in NECK.
So a user can earn rewards by being active and popular on the site, and then list those rewards for sale on a exchange so that any advertiser's that need to buy, have to buy direct from the users. So that means that users and advertiser's dictate the coin price, and that the site users will dictate the advertiser demand.
They have a planned coin burn to go from 300 billion to 10 billion, so that's very positive.
Like I said, it is a simple idea and because it's simple it will work
I am already invested in this project as I plan to advertise some affiliate links but I also plan to use the site and earn more coins.
I would recommend anyone to look in to this project but do so with a open mind and not expecting to get rich overnight.
