Re: Can We Consider Bitcoin To be An Anti-Government?
by
Neljose
on 16/02/2018, 00:00:23 UTC
Bitcoin wasn't made to be anti Government. Rather, it was created to move society forward and put an end to the problem of payment across boarders. Its the Government who see Bitcoin as a threat to their reign, and that's why they are trying to frustrate Bitcoin.

Re: How Bitcoin is better than other coins?
by

on 15/02/2018, 23:36:34 UTC
Bitcoin may have some problems right now, but to say that it could be replaced by some other altcoin is out of the question, at least right now. Bitcoin being the first has done a pretty good job with public acceptance thus far.  No other coin has come close to even half of that kind of publicity as Bitcoin. Therefore if bitcoin dies altcoin as we know it may just go with it. Take bitconnect coin as a case study, immediately it went under so did the rest lending platforms.

Crypto currency is still young and new to the world, Bitcoin being the first has done a pretty good job with public acceptance thus far.  No other coin has come close to even half of that kind of publicity as Bitcoin. Therefore if bitcoin dies altcoin as we know it may just go with it. Take bitconnect coin as a case study, immediately it went under so did the rest lending platforms.

Mining is done by Bitcoin miners. Miners solve, add and builds new blocks to the blockchain. For every block they solve, they are rewarded new Bitcoin by the network.

Litecoin is far from being able to replace Bitcoin. they have a good tech, very fast; but Bitcoin has THE NAME, not even ethereum has been able to shake that NAME.

The market is pretty whipped right now, i'll say its the right time to buy bitcoin, there's still enormous potential in the Bitcoin space, you'll still be regarded as an early adopter if you choose to buy now.

With all this FUD going around, its really difficult to determine the future of Crypto currency.

I think there'll be a long war between FIAT and CRYPTO CURRENCY but in the end crypto will come out on top.

This is an obvious answer and maybe an unnecessary question.
Is there anything in life that'll do well if nobody wants it? People have to want it and accept it for it to do well.

Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum?

Its no secret that Ethereum has way more use-case than Bitcoin, but in terms of acceptance, popularity, and market cap, Bitcoin tops Ethereum and might always.

Even my laptop's corrective dictionary knows Bitcoin but doesn't know ethereum.  Grin

The easiest way to grow Bitcoin in terms of acceptance is to do it the Dubai way! Just get celebrities to openly declare their involvement in Bitcoin.   Wink

the ban in my opinion isn't doing any good, why place a ban on something that has come to stay? crypto-currency is the future. if people would just do their own research they wouldn't have problems with scam ICOs.

Regarding WARREN BUFFET, his concerns are understandable. its also important to note that from past experience bitcoin has never gone according to anyone's predictions. it always under performs at first but comes bouncing stronger.

Facebook ban on Crypto ads is a statement, a very loud one at that. Those ads were never effective to begin with, people rarely click them, nevertheless its quite surprising that Facebook would take such step.

Singapore have no reason to ban bitcoin because they have a futuristic plan. Also, lets face it, bitcoin is the future and any nation who embraces it now is sure to be at the fore front of that future.

Re: Legalizing Bitcoin
by
Neljose
on 15/02/2018, 09:30:34 UTC
Do you think governments are afraid legalizing bitcoin because it's difficult regulating its use, circulation, determining individual's worth, earnings and may lead to tax evasion?

yes exactly.
The countries of the world are so threatened by bitcoin just because they cannot print it out of thin air through inflation. Ridiculous really!

Re: Will Bitcoin will be declare as legal or not ?
by
Neljose

whether bitcoin is declared illegal in India or any other country is really dependent on what that country is into, and what they stand to gain from it. if they feel that they can effectively regulate bitcoin then they may not ban it.

Re: why bitcoin illegal in asia?
by
Neljose
on 15/02/2018, 09:07:46 UTC
well, i wouldn't blame any country for making bitcoin illegal, they are just trying to rescue their fiat currency from the grip of bitcoin. One thing is sure, if they continue to see bitcoin as a threat rather than an opportunity, they'll surely lose the battle.
