The new kind of hardware for? It does not know how to effect the price worth it
I would like also know if there is some ASIC hardware(Like AntMiner U1) which work with this coin?
this coin is asic resistant
Yeah and it was also supposed to be GPU resistant...

Testing this one, thank you for trying to spread the hashpower  Wink

I'm not sure about the way botnets are working, but they have to create a worker in order to mine, no ? As their actions are automated, if the creation of a worker is protected by something only a human can do, they can't do it, so they can't mine. Grin

Oh...
1 - http://www.q2c.cc/crawler/calculator this chart not relevant. multiply the value by 2 with new miner
2 - pool shows no accurate statistics
3 - Botnet... this is a familiar concept (and nothing can be done

Thank you krecu for your answer. I didn't know that the chart was not up to date. To avoid botnets, can't we use captcha when creating a worker ?

Hello all Q2C fans,

There's something I don't understand with Q2C mining. It is supposed to be *CPU only* but at this time I seriously doubt or otherwise you need to explain me how to increase my hashing speed... Haven't you seen any big whales in your mining pool ? watch the stats ! for example, in smalltimeminer, the "best" miner is about 94 000 kh/s ; in cpu-pool.net, the best one is about 43 800 kh/s.

Let's take a look at the benchs : http://www.q2c.cc/crawler/calculator. The best processor is intended to deliver about 800 kh/s. How many of these processors do you need to obtain 94 000 kh/s Huh More than 100, right ? 117 actually... And for 43 000 kh/s, you need about 50 super high-end servers that cost a kidney.

My question is : who is mining Q2C with literally a whole data-center ??

I'm quite disapointed by the crumbs of Q2C left to the small miners because of those big whales. Can someone enlighten me about that ?
