This is scam exchange, a financial pyramid if you ask.

You can only deposit and can't withdraw assets. When you try to withdraw, the exchange gives error and you lose access to your funds. They are neither in your exchange wallet, not in the destination address.

Nothing true. I got 3 unanswered tickets - 2 months ago non answered, 1 ticket an year old also not replied at least. Any try to ask support on discord leads to ban.

Don't even think to use it. You can trade, but you can't take back the profit.

I think this coin is dead, wallet stuck on one block and can't synchronize. The support didn't respond the messages. I think the project is abandoned.

Lets give an example for Electronium. They advertised that Electronium is tradable on Altex exchange. They must have enough knowledge to know scam exchanges. Right ?

But when the exchange stopped to work, they told: "Ask the exchange for the money, don't blame us for your exchange choice".

In this case the education will not work. The big currency players have to manage the traders.

the problem is in regulation of these institutions. In some cases, they just decide to robe the users and nobody can't stop this.
