I'm a current shareholder of the original IPO and I don't have any objection to multiple IPO's. It helps to segment ones risk and either way he has acknowledged the contribution of initial investors by providing 20% of the revenue (or profit? It's not clear at this stage) of his new offerings, as well as indicating that the initial site will benefit either way from increased traffic (cross-promoting etc).

I've been without internet for a long while, would like an update on what's happening if possible. I see payments have continued to go out (always good) and someone new has taken over. Is he going to post here? Any eta on site changes (that would supposedly bring in more revenue etc.)?

Yeah this company was actually run really well until he disappeared. I remember thinking we were in a really good position before Eric split.

I don't have access to the google group so maybe someone else can tell me - where is all the hardware at right now? It might be impossible to recover the wallets but the hardware should've been able to be located. Have we determined whether it was bought in the companies name or Eric's name?

Yes, the datacenter thing sounds like a bad deal for COG, I personally would like to see the full details of this agreement from Garrett with a breakdown of what it means for those of us non-technically minded.

And that - aside from all the delays, which lets face it we all hate but it happens at EVERY company and especially at those with only one person running the show - looks to me like the only mistake Garr made here (maybe the extra units which were unopened at another datacenter is on him aswell?).

Yeah I can't believe how much of a bad idea selling the units is and how many people are advocating it. We bought hashrate not units (according to Garrett) so lets just get the 28th/s that we ordered operational, who cares what they are hashing at, just keep them steady and cointerra will be forced to give us more units if we aren't getting the agreed hashrate.

Those advocating selling the units, once sold what are we left with? What are going to buy instead? I would be in favour of it if Garrett hadn't signed a very favourable (to us) deal with cointerra. We've been promised hashrate, just be patient. I'm sure Garrett could be doing more but this is a company run by ONE person, try to keep your expectations reasonable.

Or don't tell me you plan to issue a dividend with the proceeds (I saw some people advocating this) and then what, the company folds due to no working capital?

I'm a little tired of reading these kinds of questions. It's right there in the report, he paid a 200 dollar server bill (which I'm assuming he staggers over a couple of payments of this month). So his total site profit was $891, looks like his site makes 700-1300 per fortnight if you look at the history linked in the first post. So this fortnights payment is right in the middle of the expected earnings. Minus the server payment you get $691 traded at $634.7/btc you get 1.089 btc distributed to 40,000 shares = 0.0000272 btc per share.

How many shares do you own? Does it add up? If it is less than it was last time it is probably because btc has gone up since last time.
