¿Qué es Daviescoin IT OÜ y Davies?

Davies nace como un fork de Litecoin. Hemos decidido hacer un fork de Litecoin ya que es una moneda muy versátil teniendo como sus características principales una alta velocidad de transacción combinada con una gran seguridad.

No hemos querido agregarle la característica de “Privaty Send” ya que queremos que la moneda no se utilice para el blanqueo de capitales ni para comprar productos ilegales. Es decir queremos muy trasparentes con el resto del mundo de tal manera de que si se produjera un acto fraudulento, se pudieran rastrear las transacciones.

Más adelante mostraremos las características técnicas de la criptomoneda pero antes quiero hablar del proyecto en sí.

Paralelamente al nacimiento de Davies nace la sociedad Daviescoin IT OÜ, una compañía que tiene su sede en Estonia. Su fundador Daniel García dirigirá la empresa con la ayuda de sus diferentes partners de confianza ( unas compañias españolas) que serán las que ejecuten el desarrollo del software del proyecto, el marketing, la comunicación etc. (Las mencionaremos más adelante).

La función que queremos darle a esta moneda es que poco a poco se vaya creando una red de empresas y personas que trabajen con Davies dotándo a la moneda de usos reales y no solo meramente especulativos para que se extienda por el mundo, y que mejor forma de apoyarla con la creación de la primera empresa que la utilice y la promueva, Daviescoin IT OÜ.

La compañia Daviescoin IT OÜ deberá cumplir varios objetivos, uno de ellos será mostrar a nuevos emprendedores que se pueden construir compañias utilizando como base esta criptomoneda. Daviescoin IT OÜ filtrará diferentes proyectos de cualquier área y si considera que son proyectos innovadores y con gran potencial los financiará.
Por otro lado otro de los objetivos de este año y parte del próximo será lanzar una App para Android e iOS que tendrá la función de wallet para Davies y que contará con dos funcionalidades extras, DaviesLoan y DaviesPay.Muchos os preguntaréis que es esto de DaviesLoan y DaviesPay así que vamos a hacer una breve introducción, en el whitepaper podréis encontrar toda la información completa.

DaviesPay será un modulo de pagos que nos permitirá desde la app comprar monedas con tarjeta de crédito y venderlas recibiendo el importe en la cuenta bancaria del usuario. Este módulo también estará disponible en la en nuestra web y también habilitaremos una API pública para que otros puedan integrarlo en sus apps o en otras webs. Además en cuanto la moneda esté cotizando y tengamos terminado el módulo DaviesPay integraremos la moneda con Tickebit y por lo tanto en España la moneda se podrá comprar incluso con efectivo en más de 5000 puntos.

Queremos hacer hincapié también en que DaviesPay es un módulo requerido para poder desarrollar a posteriori DaviesLoan, un sistema que estará integrado también en la app de Davies para poder hacer préstamos entre particulares, los cuales podrán fijar sus intereses e incluso firmar un contrato con firma electrónica legal en cualquier parte del mundo gracias a la homologación obtenida por DocuSign.

Cómo veis queremos dar mucha más importancia al uso de la moneda que a las características.

En definitiva nuestro objetivo final es descentralizar el sector bancario convirtiendo a cada una de las personas del mundo en su propio banco, pudiendo transferir dinero en formato davies, crear préstamos y comprar y vender Davies por otras divisas según las necesidades de cada usuario ,para lo cual ya hemos cerrado un acuerdo con TransferWise aunque seguiremos abriendo acuerdos comerciales incluso con casas de cambio físicas para poder llegar a cualquier país del mundo.

¿What is Daviescoin IT OÜ and Davies?

Davies was created as a fork of Litecoin. We have decided to do a fork of Litecoin since it is a very versatile currency having as its main features a high speed of transaction combined with high safety.

We have not wanted to add the feature of "Privaty Send" since we want the currency to be used or money laundering or to buy illegal products. In other words, we want to be very transparent with the rest of the world in such a way that if there is a fraudulent act, transactions could be traced.

We will show the technical characteristics of the cryptocurrency later, but I want to talk about the project itself firstly.

In line with the birth of Davies the Daviescoin IT OÜ society, a company that is based in Estonia. Its founder Daniel García will lead the company with the help of different trusted partners (Spanish companies) which will be the ones that will run the software development of the project, marketing, communication, etc. (We will mention them later).

What will be the function of the company Daviescoin IT OÜ and Davies?

The function that we want to give to this coin is to create a company and people network who work with Davies endowing the currency with real applications, not just merely speculative, to extend the currency around the world, and what better way to support it than with the creation of the first company that will use and promote Davies, Daviescoin IT OÜ.

The company Daviescoin IT OÜ must meet several objectives, one of them will be to show to new entrepreneurs that companies using this cryptocurrency as a base can be constructed. Daviescoin IT OÜ will filter out different projects in any area and if it considers that they are innovative and high potential projects, Daviescoin IT OÜ will finance them.

On the other hand, another objective of this year and part of the next will be to launch an App for Android and IOS that will have the wallet function for Davies and two extras features, DaviesLoan and DaviesPay. Many of you will be wondering that what DaviesLoan and DaviesPay are, so let's make a brief introduction and then you can see many more details.

DaviesPay will be a payment module that will allow us from the app to buy coins by credit card and sell them receiving the amount in the user's bank account. This module will be available on our website and we will also enable a public API so that others can integrate it into their apps or other websites. In addition, as soon as the currency is quoting, and we have the module DaviesPay finished, we will integrate the currency with Tickebit and therefore the currency could be bought in Spain even with cash in more than 5000 points.

We also want to emphasize that DaviesPay is a required module to be able to develop a subsequent DaviesLoan, a system that will also be integrated into the Davies app in order to make loans between individuals, which will be able to fix their interests and even sign a contract with a legal electronic signature in any part of the world thanks to the homologation obtained by DocuSign.
