If you choose between these coins, then ETH is a more promising coin than Cardano.  I advise you to invest in ETH.

Now generally investing in ICO is very risky and even more so in a company without a product. I advise you to invest in ICO a small amount of money.

This is a difficult question. Perhaps the EOS has a chance for a great success. But it seems to me there is no such coin yet.

If these are good coins, then it is worth keeping these coins to the end of the year.  It seems to me to sell coins and buy BTC this is a bad idea.

Almost worth the same value now,  but which one is better for holding untill DEC 2018?
I think now the BTC is a more profitable coin.  But it's better not to risk and invest in both coins.  This is the safest option.

I think this is a very small amount for investment and you will most likely get a very small profit.  it is better to invest more money.

Yes, the risk is very high.  Now a lot of scam companies that do not have a product.  And it's better not to invest in such companies.
