Yes, I also made a couple of withdrawals without problem and received them  ( sorry, I can`t post a screenshot because can`t login ). I tried with "Forgot Password?" and e- mails to support several times, but no answer from there since May 2019 so my conclusion is: SCAM.

  

     I think You just need to login once a moth at least ( just login and make one claim ). Other way your balance always will stay zero. Thats all I can give you as advice.  

         Because you are not login more that 30 days. 


        By the way- I can`t login to that "site" from about 4 months like many other members ( as I can read from the posts). I am treated like a bot obviously so let me share one story ( nothing personal to anyone- just my opinion): user X make 30k satoshi in Satoshi Hero every 2- 3 days and withdraw, user Y make 30k satoshi for 3 months and withdraw and both users claim to be honest. User X keep playing and withdrawing, but user Y became blocked ( he is a bot). So how "the administration" of this "site" decide who is a bot and who is not?  Why "the administration" claims to be honest, but not answering the e- mails and posts in this thread? For me- the "site" become a BIG SCAM!!!!!
