Most places are charging way too much.
If anyone is interested I have 3 Baikal X10's left to sell. All are Upgraded with all algorithm's and come with the power supply. Selling as a set of 3 for ~$7,500usd. Payment via Ethereum (11.000) only.
Why? The company is moving to the Cayman Islands and electricity there is too high for mining to be profitable, period.

2) Yes, We will pay the shipping to you. Contents will be in a Single Box with all 3 units and their power supplies & cables. Throw in another $50 and you'll get the router and ethernet cables as well.

Well if you keep the old chain and make it a succesful coin, you can do, look at the forks of Bitcoin like Bitcoin Cash. The fact, that some devs just change algo is a thing, that is completely against decentralization. For me, what they are doing is just a scam. Telling they replace these algorithms, but keeping SHA256 and Scrypt, and telling the reason is decentralization. I can imagine the reason: The devs have only SHA256 and Scrypt ASIC's... In the end, there cant be any decentralization at all, if the devs can just decide to change algorithm. What other proof does anyone need for a completey centralized currency? It is not even better as Mr. Mario Draghi telling the worl he is generating 60 Billion Euro each month.
Fact for me is, that i will not support Digibyte anymore. I will wait for a good price to sell and then sell all my digibyte. In my opinion, this currency has no future with devs like this. For the beginning i will concentrate on Verge now.

If I didn't read wrong, DBG will not "fork" as BTC/BCC: previous chain will simply die and there will not be any dev to keep it alive.

I tried to talk with the devs in there official support channel. But they only start insulting me and deleted my threads. So there is not only no decentralization... There is also censorship. If you write something in there channel they dont want to hear, or they dont want the community to hear, they just delete it. In the end, i am happy to find out how its working there, so i can stop investing time and money in this project right now...
Hmmm, I too have been a huge supporter of DigiByte and do not agree with this. I have a batch of X10's that I was just getting ready to sell off for re-investment of more equipment. However, I will now hold off and research this more. I will fork the repos now into my Company Repo so I have the old code and will consider keeping the old blockchain alive.
Keep in mind though that it's not just that simple. You will still have to do some code configuration updates, list the coin on exchanges and be responsible for future updates and support. I have been working on a new blockchain whitepaper for two months now and initially wanted to use DigiByte as the coin, but did not want to fork. Now it looks like if they go through with this, I may as well just fork and use it as the base coin which will kill two birds with a single stone.

This is a Scam. The platform has stopped communicating with investors, does not fulfill promises, does not follow the road map.
I have 3117 CAPX waiting. Agreed with not fulfilling promises and follow road map. But, I do not think it is a SCAM (yet). I think its a terrible Project manager / Dev Team. It falls on leadership. Wish they would dedicated at least one person to a Social update task like a Telegram Channel, Twitter and Here.
That would go along way in adding trust in the platform.

Agreed. I am down $1,602,000 from Davor alone. I am diversified and have multiple revenue incomes such as mining but it still hurts. I HODL (still holding) thinking the platform was to well designed, was working great...did not even mind the lower interest rate considering the market correction (still WAY better than fiat investment). I still see no reason for them to stop lending platform, none...unless it was planned from beginning
Well that's the nature and risk we all take. Just remember not to invest more than you can afford to lose. Still my heart goes out to all that DID invest their life savings and lost it all. DavorCoin hurt the entire Crypto-Currency market IMHO, especially the Lending Platforms. Still though, I want government regulation to stay the hell out of it, they would screw it up even worse.
Crypto is Property and some of the taxes I am seeing from Japan and especially the US (IRS is retarded).
So what did I learn from BitConnect, DavorCoin and Jan/Feb Market corrections (seems almost every year)?
1) Moving Company from Texas Based S-Corp to Cayman Islands (Offshore) CEC FinTech District
2) Two Bank Accounts, One in Cayman (Crypto Slush) and one in Switzerland (Fiat Slush)
3) Split my diversified investments from not only Crypto but into Fiat investments as well
I will hold my DAV until it is de-listed with the hopes they do something to add value, but I find it very unlikely. Noone is going to use it as a payment platform and with he value so low staking will suck. LOL My $1.6 Million is worth less than $500. So, In IMHO - Davor is dead and the developers made out quite nicely. And with that being said, Also make sure you do you research, track the CEO'sand DEV's with a list, Never invest in a crypto if they are on your list in the future.

What GPU kit do you have to achieve $200 a day? What was the cost? Sounds good. Baikal is my only miner atm.

Yeah, I picked up my Giant+ like a month ago for $1850 buy it now on eBay, and they've been going up in price since then. I haven't seen anyone get one for less then $2000 with shipping since then, and those were auctions. Doing pretty good at this point. If nothing changes too drastically I should have my roi within 4 months, and the electric use is really minimal compared to the sha256 miners out in the garage.
