If there was the new team dev and they are working good, so is it better? I means we should care about what and how they are doing rather than who they are

If you not, I don't have anything to say, except you just are trying to devalue the bcn's reputation and make new people stay away from it. If you are investing in bcn, please do something to promote it so that you can benefit. If you don't trust in it, simply just sell it rather than angry and shouting desperately.
