We did bitcoin to paypal exchange
paypal canceled the deal for some silly reasons so i refund him the BTC.
anyway, he send email to blockchain about it.  i strongly beliave that its bug on his wallet and not a scam attempt.

He does have blockchain.info wallet,
He claimed that he only received from me $0 and attached thic picture:
