Any suggestion other than Chinese Antminers?
I'd definitely refuse those because there was already countable speculations that they had untrustworthy firmware codes.

Finding a miner not Made in China is like finding a brand new miner... they don't really exist.  What you can do is purchase a Made in China miner that has been refurbished in the United States by a reputable retailer who will have installed legit firmware on the machine.  It will surely be configured to point to the retailer's own mining pool out of the box, but then once it's on, just point it to Bitminter servers with your username and that's about as straight as you can shoot in the shady world of bitcoin mining.

That's what I was thinking.
Thanks Haterson915, Happy New Year and Happy Mining!

Hi. all

I am a newbie here just getting my toe dipped with old AMD GPU in a dusty Pavilion, working literally hard pushing at 69mhps.
I did this just to get the feel of what it is like and guess what!  I earned 0.00...6! BTC couple of days ago!
Now that was a complete knockout beating my absolute zero expectation Smiley
Way to Go, Bitminter!

So I am asking here for the next phase of my project that will be on Gekkoscience 2PAC farm.
It'd be deeply appreciated if anyone can share their experience with them, just in terms of per second hash performance and amp/voltage limitation.

Thanks in advance and Happy Mining!

P.S.: Bitminter's web and client interface is by far one of the best among what I've surfed around.  Great works!

Hi, folks
Yes I am a newbie mining excited with a GPU in my beaten up Pavilion.  It's been so fun to hear coin dropping sound whenever my lazy digging accepted as "prof of works".  So here I am joined the forum for mother of layman's asic revolution; Gekkoscience from Sidehack, Great works!

I got all the plan laid out to seriously mud myself and the first challenge is to get Gekko 2PACs to start and here is what I took from reading the board:

"2Pac sticks are $30 apiece for any quantity. For the sake of simplicity, I'll charge a flat $10 on shipping for all US orders. If you're interested in purchasing, PM me here or email sales@gekkoscience.com with quantity, shipping address and desired payment method."

This was posted 2016 and I wonder if it is still correct.
If it is not, can anyone guide me to submit order of small quantity US shipping?

I didn't want to bother Sidehack directly for he must be one of the busiest person on earth these days.
Thanks to all in advance.
