I have a transaction in my history which was sent with very low fees.
It is unconfirmed, and will never been confirmed, because I sent funds later to another address.
The funds were not deposited on bitsler and I did not play bets with these funds, so I am not cheater/doublespender
But now I am afraid to deposit bitcoins to my account because of this unconfirmed tx in my history.
I will not be able to withdraw anything from my account.
What should I do? How can I clear the history? Or should I create another account? Is it allowed by rules?

We say double spending only for double spending.
we think your transaction was double spending.
Nice logic. You call any transaction "double spending"
And then reject refunds, because of "double spending"
There was no double-spending in my transactions! But you confiscated the bets, because of "double spending"

I think OP you should void his winnings, but return his deposit, confiscate his deposit is not cool.
These bets are not doublespendings. Secondstrade just doesn't want to pay.
And yes, he confiscated my funds.

You will see that a lot of normal transatrions can not be decoded
