Hi guys, this has been an exhausting ordeal as a highstakes gambler/affiliate/supporter of shuffle to watch.
I'm the whale Mandy (OP) referred (Simba) that's being talked about here. I'm going to give my take on the situation, and will try to be as fair as possible.
I agree shuffle as a business has a right to do as they please with regards to this situation / refusing action for a player, I dont think this is up for debate. They're allowed to KYC a user, and allowed to refuse her business
Few points that are indisputable, and i dont want to pull out receipts over this.
1. There is certainly a vendetta against her
2. She is certainly toxic in chat, but who cares, this is a casino not a elementary school
My bonuses were cut in the last month because I'm too expensive of a customer based on their models/my bonusing. I don't really mind that/didnt fight too hard -- because I genuinely feel at ease gambling on shuffle knowing I will always get paid out and withdrawals will be smooth, so it's a price i'm willing to pay for service/trust.
The problem I see from this situation and predatory KYC is that Shuffle cuts my bonusing because i'm being over bonused, but now 30% of theoretical revenue is not being paid out since the affiliate has their account shut down, so why isnt my bonusing improved to accomodate that.
So, while on the surface this looks like a compliance reason, i think it's moreso an excuse to extract value out of my theoretical play.
I think the only 2 possible solutions to prove this was done in terms of compliance and not greed is
1. My bonusing should be adjusted upwards to reflect the 30% commission that she would be getting (which i'll just give back to her)
2. Her account should be put into withdraw only mode like stake and many other sites have as solutions for professional affiliates - as playing is banned, not promoting - if this again is a compliance issue, a lump sum offer should be made for the value of her book, otherwise its theft.
I personally think the 2nd option is the more reasonable one, but think there's alot of ego at play here, so understand not wanting back down.
I think if neither of these options are accepted its quite evident what the intention was from the start.
FWIW: I think Shuffle has a strong team, and have a deep love for their VIP team, Sports team, Darcy and Jay but i think sometimes when emotions run high and ego's run poor decisions are made, I'm definitely guilty of being like this. I think perspective is key in situations like this

3. YES they have a RIGHT to adhere to their licenses/compliance
4. YES they have a RIGHT to refuse business
5. NO they don't get to cut bonuses AND cut affiliate income and come out on top, thats rollbit 101.

Hi guys, reading the thread over and have a few things to say.
1. I'm the person that doxxed PHFX in the chat. I didn’t get his information from shuffle staff, the guy is a stupid beggar and his information is readily available, then it's just a run through a few database leaks and you have every piece of this OpSec Mental Midget's life.
2. I did this because he's a notorious scammer who a) impersonated me to scam users when the SHFL token dropped, b) because he threatened to kill shuffle staff as well as other players, and c) because this user has 9 gazillion alt accounts going around scamming people.
3. The purpose of doxxing him was to let him know, in no uncertain terms, that if he continued his malicious actions (such as hurting my reputation by impersonating me and scamming people), I would have ten of the scariest mother fuckers in brazil invade this guys vizinhanca and teach him the gravity of his actions stealing from innocent people online.
I've included some breadcrumbs that we started with in the doxxing process below:

I hypothesize him missing out on the airdrop has left him quite bitter and vindictive towards shuffle. I remember on airdrop day he said he will get his money "one way or another" and I guess the other way was scamming people impersonating me.
I stand by what I did, would do it again, shuffle has zero involvement, and anyone else in the btctalk community that continues to give a platform to this scammer should be ridiculed and ignored.

I realise it's one of the industry leaders. I realise it's one of the faces of the industry. BUT!!! Why do I have to wait a day or more for my withdrawal?
Why is the moderator of this thread erasing my posts that pertained to my past conclusion? Yes, the last issue was resolved, but it took over three days to resolve, excuse me. But the moderator decided since the issue was resolved, we can delete all claims. Why?
What do you want to know now? Now the account has already been fully verified, well, ie, the reason for delaying the withdrawal in fact, and there is no. But no, I've been waiting for almost 24 hours for someone to decide whether to withdraw or not.

highly doubt theres any issues with your withdrawal. Sportsbet generally will err on the side of paying you out, regardless of issues.
Thread OP as far as I know is tied up for a few days, but support should be able to sort you out pretty easily

So that Toon bet was a guarantee, right you were, NotEssBeef (what is it with wagyu though?) -- but I insist that Chelsea is a gifthorse. tbh i have been travelling the 3rd world for the last year, and after previously indulging in A5 japonese wagyu (11+ score) atleast once a week during all of covid, i've been forced to quit cold turkey and the withdrawals are quite serious.
more money to gift to timmy tho i guess

Can anyone help me with a stake.com prize dispute? Basically, I had the highest eligible multi on the Conquer the Casino Promo. But NikolaRa awarded it to a user with a higher multi but only had a bet of .089cUSD (bet was in 5PHP using tether). The promo had a minimum bet requirement of .10cUSD. NikolaRa's main justification was that "you can't play hacksaw slots below .10cUSD". This is obviously wrong.

I can give you some good advice.... DO NOT go up against the Stake mods. Some of them will not tolerate people challenging their decisions... and it might end badly for you.
I highlighted several "cheaters" in the slot hunts and I was ridiculed for it, so I decided to keep quite. This is still going on and I just decided not to waste my money and time to participate in the daily hunt anymore....
Just step away.... it might be better for you in the long run.
