try reporting it to your bank. Since you made the INR deposit, they may help you with a dispute. Explain that you have paid for digital goods and not received the product from seller.
If the seller is questioned, he has to provide proof.
No other way, apart from physically catching the guy and shaking him up.
i think complaining someone that i sent money but for bitcoins and he/she not gave bitcoin is not accepted. because you have no proofs that you didn't got btc.because its very simple to create btc wallet in just sec.so i think no one gonna take inquiry specially in india.If the seller is questioned, he has to provide proof.

so finally you can get information of that person by bank detail and have to attacked him without help of police.

ah completely forgot that i have a bitcointalk account, thanks everyone for replying.
I called them like 5times plus mailed different people lots of time but no luck so i thought of paying it finally because i know its too hard to avoid custom once they make bill of it.

I bought the trezor finally but i am quite shocked after contacting the dhl Support, they are asking for 3337rs custom duty charges on this?
I mean really? anyone can help me sort this out please reach me if possible
The product is still in transit and will take a day or two to reach, i have already raised a complaint mail and contacted support

Nice features in the pipeline already but what's coming with eth blockchain
Just took a look at the site for the first time, it was really smooth as compared to any other exchange and fast but i think the exchange need complete UI makeover.
The charcoal/black background is making everything look so confusing and weird, the main background should be white/whitish so that everything looks clear and straight.
I think i found what a little fix can help the UI, if you don't display the orderbook,pending orders,ticker etc in full size and instead leave some space in both side of the page and add some tables and tabs it will look completely different, also i think the MY pending orders should be only thing with TYPE - BUY OR SELL as a field name with different color ( red and green), you are making the page a bit too long.
Lastly the ticker widget in all the pages looks little weird that too in full width page size.
Just a few suggestions from first look, i hope u can make the site more user friendly, don't the comments in negative way

Just looked at this picture from 2015 with white bg, looks 10x more clear and better then the current imo, why the change?

Hello/Namaste, I was looking at some hardware wallet since past few days and figured out that Trezor is the first and the best one right now.
It is priced at 99$ + 10 (standard shipping) or 30 ( express DHL shipping )
Anyone bought this in india? i wanted to know if we need to spend some more bucks on custom duty, tax and stuff?

I think there is a need of news site or a dedicated news section in the official site? so people know when to expect a working product without speculating..
also a need of ticket system or bug tracker thingy? where people can report issues and devs can easily work on them without going through so much hassle
