Honestly, all of these are unknown and not the best, nor even secure at all.
For an exchange to be good it must have certain traits such as security protocols, good volume, or maybe even regulation?

I think we should stop giving attention to these unknown exchanges as they're most likely off the shelf solutions or white labeled ones that might disappear overnight.

PrimeXBT has released Binary Options today, which is highly dissapointing. Wonder how long until it gets swarmed by authorities.

The importance to me lies within

1) transparency
2) adjustable leverage with convinient SL/TP
3) security
4) liquidity
5) fast withdrawals

I had the same issue and livechat explained that it was an issue on their behalf and covered my negative balance without me touching funds from the wallet section.

It's really dependant when the utilities get introduced to the platform. I think this is the real moment the platform will start gaining traction. The bear market was really beneficial for it though. I love that.
