I'd advise checking out the Komodo Discord under the #pirate channel, the OTC market is in there.. You'll see the buy/sell orders in there and be able to trade with other people.

Currently the price is varying. There is a buy order of 1mill PIRATE for something like 0.025KMD each. There are also smaller orders selling anywhere between 0.06-0.1KMD each PIRATE.
