Re: Is preparation for war a means to achieve peace?

I don't think we will have another war between any two developed nations. The triumph of capitalism has meant that we now have global markets, big companies are now multinational, and all of the big economies are intertwined. A big country can't really start a war with another without causing huge damage to its own economy. Indeed multinational corporations are now so powerful that countries are effectively in thrall to them. Look for example at Ireland prostituting itself to Amazon so that it could be the Amazon base in Europe. Capitalism causes a lot of problems, and it does create wars - like the Gulf War oil grab - but one thing in its favour is I think that it prevents wars between big countries.
I think all these factors were in play during WW1 and WW2. Economies between nations were intertwined and the wars were fought between world powers. I don’t think capitalism can prevent a war if it is in play, I think denuclearization should be a global stand including the US and its allies, that actually is a move towards global peace

US sanctions on Iran and its effect on humanitarian conditions in mosul

Mosul was the capital of ISIL self-proclaimed caliphate until the terrorists were dislodged in the famous battle of mosul with the help of US coalition forces and Iran backed militia.Currently, the city is faced with a problem of rebuilding its infrastructure and clearing out the large number of mines and explosives hidden throughout the city. It is estimated that over 10 million dollars is required for this project and US sanctions on Iran is hindering Iran from helping out their neighbors. Iraqis are desperate to return home after being forced to live in camps with poor living conditions, US should reconsider their sanctions in order to let Iran help rebuild mosul. What is your take on this matter?

Most popular faces of Crypto industry are regularly posting their views on the king coin.

One of the well-known crypto enthusiast and Co-founder of  Heisenberg Capital, Max Keiser believes Bitcoin price will move 25 -30 times faster to the upside than Gold.

What's your take on this, will bitcoin price increase?
I think because of the increase in demand for bitcoin, the price will keep going up and early investors will keep reaping huge profits. I will advise that the purchase of bitcoin is quite a profitable venture

Re: Is Erdogan Dangerous for Global Peace?

To answer this question the personality of Erdogan has to be put to question. Personally i think he is quite proud and has no concern for other countries other than Russia. During his visit to Bosnia, his security detail totally had no respect for local authorities and acted like they were in their own country  which is quite condescending. I think a leader who is an advocate for global peace should be diplomatic and humble.

I get many mean messages, hurtful stuff but I don't know what to believe.  My Nigerian brothers do look more apelike instead of the whites.  They say we have intelligence like the monkey because less evolved.  I do not know what to think.  What you say?
I think this is quite a racist thing to say. Everyone individual is quite unique in a way despite race or religion. We are all born equal and free and so I don’t thick race is a measure of intelligence.

He beat a dude in the street of a foreign nation... why shouldn't they hold him? Would you think it was ok if Swedes came here and started beating random people in the street and just got to go home?
I think this is a matter that is not being judged fairly. Yes, it is a foreign nation but that doesn’t give the citizens the right to harass foreigners or stalk them. Rocky acted in self defense after various verbal warnings to his assailants which i believe were under influence. If he had no respect for the law,he would never had honored the invitation of the authorities. It is inhumane to keep him held up in a poor facility without presenting all the facts quickly.

Is preparation for war a means to achieve peace?

The world has seen two wars with each being called a war to end all wars during its bloody days. On close examination one can observe that without the stockpiling of weapons by the belligerents these wars would never have happened though they were carried out with peaceful intentions which we all know how that turned out. Are we not facing the same problem again? We sit back and watch our countries have bunkers filled with nukes all in a bid to protect our peace. Is this pretence not a preparation for a third war to end all wars?

Re: Religion, Why is it still there?

Religion has helped maintain civilization where laws have failed us. Legislators gather everyday to enact laws that are considered inferior by most citizens and hence, they go about breaking those laws where as religion has been made a part of us such that even though we go astray from our teachings we have a consciousness  that tells us how wrong we are and should seek retribution. This is a self conscious thought without an enforcing body telling us what to do and i believe this makes us quite human and not animals.
