I actually sold my BTC for Doge then withdrew to my Bittrex Doge address (with only a very small 'withdrawal' fee) to buy Ripple, with no issues. Phew!

FYI I am Aussie (Adelaide) and find Luckpool to be excellent. I am currently earning about US$8-10 per day hashing at about 1.3K/sol. the other day when I found a bonus block and we had some decent luck I earnt US$20 ... not bad going for 4 x RX570s and 1 x RX560.

hi guys, im a low hasher, however i found a block ( 54682 ) but have not received the 12500 bonus coins. can anyone help me figure out why ?

You found block in pool or solo?

pool
That is your answer .... some pools have 0 extra reward for finding a block .... I mine with luckpool, which DOES have a 1,000BTCz reward for finding a block, which I do every 3 or so days Smiley .... but check the faq of whichever pool you are mining with - that will tell you. Obviously if you were rewarded 12,500BTCz for finding a block, then there would be no BTCz to split between all the other miners, so that is a totally unrealistic expectation. Similarly you would have earnt 0BTCz until you found a block, which I am sure would not be ok with you.

The only way to get the full 12,500BTCz is to mine solo, but if you are a low hash miner, you may NEVER find a block, and subsequently may NEVER earn a single BTCz ..... hence the beauty of pools.

So, did my post get deleted?

Is it not reasonable to question the absolutely exorbitant BTC withdrawal fee on TradeSatoshi of 0.002Btc - that is USD$35!!!!!

To withdraw MY altcoins.

After I paid a fee every time I bought and sold as well.

Shameful.

Can anyone help me? I started mining Btcz and using the "MyBitcoinz" Windows wallet. It accepted mining payments no problem. I went to send some Btcz to "cryptopia" to do some trading, and it wouldn't let me enter any digits into the 'amount' field when trying to send funds. It had previously occasionally had trouble syncing to the network every now and then and said it has issues with the "Wallet Service URL", so I looked up issues relating to that and was told to set the wallet service url to "https://bws.bitpay.com/bws/api" (I can't remember what I changed it from) .... now the MyBitcoinZ wallet says "could not update wallet: UPGRADE_NEEDED: BWC clients < 1.2 are no longer supported" (even though it still says my correct Btcz balance) .... and when I try to send funds it says "could not update wallets" and nothing disappears form my balance.

I will give 1,000 Btcz to anyone that can solve my problem!

Hi, fairly new user here. I have mined around 20,000BTZ and am now trying to transfer them to another wallet/address. I assume some users also use the "MyBitcoinZ Wallet"? It will let me open the 'send screen' and when I put in a recipient address it whisks me to the next screen, where the recipient field is then blank, and I can't click on any of the calculator style buttons to enter an amount. This wallet is very different to my BTC and Zen wallets - is there something I am missing?

384 seems about correct for the number of users and workers.

It seems bizarre to me that the last Ozcoin round went for 54 HOURS, and the current round has been going for 34 HOURS so far .... yet in the same period Eclipse solved 20 blocks - yes 20 blocks. I realise there is LUCK involved, no doubt - and people/groups have good and bad runs - but Ozcoin is currently sitting at 78 hours and has only solved 1 block in that time (one would hope that the next one is imminent - but with a pool size of 384Gh who knows?).

I am not trying to knock Graham nor Ozcoin down, but rather want to make sure I am understanding this properly. I know I am a noob, but would like to think I have my head wrapped around it correctly.

Due to the extremely slow rounds/income on Ozcoin I thought I would try a different pool to see if there is any difference. Eclipse is a similar size pool (about 2.5-3Th), yet they solve 7 blocks some days (obviously very occasionally they take 15-24 hours to solve a block, but more often than not they solve 4-7 blocks pr day) - on average they are doing significantly better than Ozcoin (with a basic 1.2Ghash setup I am earning around 0.06Btc per day on EMC - yet on Ozcoin I was often not even earning 0.2Btc per day with the same machine hosting 2 x 7950s).

Is there any reason for this? I want to support the Aussie pool/guy and all, but money is money, and power here costs a bloody fortune. Even earning 0.06Btc a day I am only JUST covering power costs.

I notice the Ozcoin pool is currently only 384.77Ghash and the current round has been 1 day 10 hours so far - has everybody else had the same thoughts and jumped off?

The NBN is biggest crock of shit ever known to man. It is not going to be fully rolled out until 2023. BRAVO. NOT.

They tried to switch it on for a big media release the other week in Sydney and it didn't even work.

I live 7km from the Adelaide CBD and we are not even on the 3 year roadmap for the NBN. What a complete joke.

Feel for the poor guy who bought a pizza for 10,000Btc several years ago - he would be a millionaire now. Or feel worse for the chump who got the 10,000Btc for the pizza and probably gave it away or sold it for next to nothing.

^^^ Nope, the other way round champ - in 2006 it was $0.74AUD to US$1 (I would know - I holidayed in the USA for a month in 2006 and spent A$30,000 on the trip!). But yes, you are correct - the dollar is currently still quite strong. At Uni (College) here in Adelaide we were taught that the fundamental basis of the A$ (which was only floated in the 1990's), is around US75c - that is the sweet spot for out imports/exports. I also remember when the A$ completely crashed and only bought about US55c!!

^^^ thanks. But it wasn't necessary in the end - I opened up my wallet this morning and they were all confirmed and all there. Strange. Oh well, if someone fixed it, then thanks!

Can anyone tell me why only 2 of the payouts from Ozcoin are 'verified' and the BTC are actually in my wallet, yet 6 of the transactions (one up to a month old) are unconfirmed, and as such I don't have access to them?

The current round has been going for 25+ hours - wtf??? Has the payout rate already decreased this much so soon after a few BFL Jalapenos have shipped (supposedly)? Currently spending around $6 per day to run 2 machines with 7950s in them (1 main machine I use day to day, and one dedicated for Bc mining) - at this rate earning a huge total of 0.015Bc per day = around $1.78 income Sad Sad Sad ... yes power is VERY expensive here in Aus, and as we as a household use so much power all of my hashing power is essentially at top tier = 38c per kw/h. Looks like GPU mining is over.

My Sapphire factory OC 7950 at stock clock 950/1,250 makes around 500Mh/s. If I turn the clock up to 1,050 it makes around 600Mh/s,
FYI I run an A10-5800APU and use my onboard video as well - and it contributes an extra 100Mh/s @ 800Mhz!

That onboard video ,wow!, props!

What software do you use though?
cgminer Smiley works a treat
