I bought this 2x MSI 6950 2GB cards for my brother in June. I was able to flash them with the shader unlocked bios, and i'm almost sure that they can be flashed with 6970 bios no problems. I didn't flash them with 6970 bios since i heard that it can kill the cards over time, not sure if true or not. Unlocked shader only bios is safe and does the job well enough tho. I can reverse them back to their stock bios if my buyer wants me too. They had been running stock in my brother's rig for the whole time. Keep in mind that the Shader unlocked bios can push quite a bit of extra Mhash, each of them can pull 400+ Mhash on moderate OC with the unlocked shaders. They're very good for gaming or mining when not playing games or free time.

Updated my post with pics. The 1st pic is the reference one that has Accelero cooler installed. The 2nd pic are 2 HIS 5870 in 1st and 3rd slot, the Diamond is in the middle.

The reason i don't accept Bitcoin is that i'm in need of some money atm, the sooner the better. It'd take at least few days for me to sell the BTC then transfer the money to my Dwolla then from Dwolla to my bank.
