Exactly, If I use the current address, and send my tokens to EtherDelta, sell them for Eth, I highly doubt once they correct the issues and issue the tokens under a new address I will get my tokens distributed.

It's a bad deal for the investor and the chump who bought them on EtherDelta...don't do it. You're ripping someone else off and screwing yourself in the process.

They just have a countdown timer, usually that syncs with different ICOs countdown timers from their home page... but when you go to tokencard.io site you have been able to see a countdown timer for weeks now lol.

So they must have created under a different address? Normally searching the address there will tell you how many decimals to add in myetherwallet.

It was on icocountdown.com. I don't know how you could think it's a ninja launch when they just raised $12.5 mil in a matter of minutes. Plenty of people knew about it to raise that much so quickly.

It was the gas limit. The checkboxes said to use 200,000 in gas, but minimum should have been 300,000.

I think that probably screwed a lot of people if they didn't immediately check the transaction ID and saw that the trans failed.

Agreed... this is bombardment of servers... like we haven't seen server issues on many ICOs... not like anyone is missing out on a % bonus here. It's the same 15% all week lol.

I cannot find where it's extracting to. It's not showing it extracts to anywhere. I checked the hidden home directory, the .factom folder, the wallet folder, etc.

I can try to extract it to a folder on the desktop, or to my downloads folder, still nothing.

It says it extracts here:

~/.factom/m2/main-database/ldb/MAIN/factoid_level.db/

I cannot see that file path anywhere.

Has anyone else installed the MacOS wallet? The wallet is installed fine but I have not started my sync. When I try to extract the factom_bootstrap.zip, I cannot see where it extracts to. It says to extract to the home directory.

When I use cmd-shift-g in the finder, I can see the .factom folder, and the wallet folder inside. I do not see the factom_bootstrap.zip extraction files inside the location:

~/.factom/m2/main-database/ldb/MAIN/factoid_level.db/

Any ideas? If I even just run extract to a folder on my desktop, or I move the .zip file out of my downloads and into the .factom or wallet folder and extract from there, I still do not get the files or folder to begin sync.

What am I missing here?

## Introduction
This document is presented to introduce a plan to consolidate exposure to third party risk for Safe Exchange Coin holders. It outlines some parameters and features needed with the intention to construct a network and transaction software that is persistent anonymous and distributed.

A proposal on http://vote.safe.exchange that points to this outline will be active October 3, 2016 and request Safe Exchange Coin holders to vote "yes" if they should agree that third party risk should be reduced and development of backend software be produced by the Safe Exchange developer.

If a vote of "no" is majority then the Safe Exchange developer will be required to exclusively build against the previously indicated third party network software.

Safe Exchange Coin holders will have until October 18, 2016 to submit their opinion. A majority of voters will indicate the outcome of the voting.

For example: if 10% of Safe Exchange Coins are accounted for in the voting by October 18, 2016... and 51% of those holders voted "yes" then the proposal will pass. Abstaining from voting indicates no interest.

The Safe Exchange Project intends to produce a client software that interfaces with a decentralized and anonymous persistent data delivery network. This network must maintain the anonymity of participants and also be able to store structured cryptographic payloads. The payloads stored within the data structure can include trade details of physical goods as well as digital cryptographic assets.
