And as one of the people affected by the last block of accounts, I want to ask when will my account be unblocked in order to be able to participate again in the free spins on the site?
I can't say for sure. All I can do is send an email requesting that wetsuit looks into unblocking it. He's away dealing with other things at the moment and I don't know when he will have time to look at the list I sent him.

TheQuin, you must take one thing into consideration. Using faucets can be very addictive and people become kind of automated (it's embarrassing, but I set an alarm every hour just to remember to claim and I know for a fact that I'm not the only one doing this). Unless you put clear instructions/rules on the site on how to behave to not get banned, people will be confused every single time the system decide to act against them and ban thousands of accounts. If bots are the problem then the system must be very restrictive, I agree, but it would be a lot easier for us, users, and for you, admins, if there's a set of rules we must obey to be able to use the faucet.

I understand the need for blocking BOTs...we are not BOTs but husband and Wife...check our balances, piddly crap...
PM me like you did last time and I'll see what I can do. The fact that you've both been banned for abuse before and now coincidentally both managed to get banned again at the same time does make your behaviour look a little automated.

If you get the "Sorry, this IP address has been blocked." message it means you have triggered our abuse detections systems. They think that the way you use the faucet indicates you may be either using a bot or multi-accounting so either your account and/or IP has been blocked.
Basically I use three IP addresses: the one in the work, the one of the mobile operator and the WiFi at home (now all three are blocked).
Sometimes I change them during the day, it depends how and where I had to turn.
As I said above, I have been using the site for almost a year.
In the same way I turn to the freedoge.co.in site, and there I have no problem.
And as the colleague wrote above: There is no change in the way the site is used.

Can someone please tell me what "multiple browser hashes" means? What causes it? And how does one resolve it?

In my phone is continually loaded with satoshiwars.com and freebtcmine.com pages, so that even when I'm outside I can collect satoshi.
Every time I open it I look at these pages as well.
I hope this is enough as an explanation. I do not use banned techniques but only a longer presence in the internet.
