Start of what? When will the dividends be paid out? I mean sum of money that formally belongs to u that u sent to a non-spendable address following someones advice. Im glad to tell u that I was the guy who suggested u to move money to a non-spendable address for safety and security. I also told u there will be monthly dividends dropping from that address.
At an early stage of development, it is difficult to understand the chances of success. Do you think such a platform can attract dishonest traders?

I think that the team described quite clearly the use of plugins, but the  questions about the use of tokens in social media, I still have. I'll wait for the new version of white paper.

I read that the launch date of the full  platform version,  the team scheduled for September 18. But I think that for a start, developers need to do a lot of activities before that.
I'm glad that the RUBY-X team wants to enter the market so quickly. The purposefully team is trying to take a high rating.  Are you now investing enough for such a quick launch, or selling ICO can affect the launch date?
I do not think that the number of tokens sold during ICO can strongly affect the launch date. But other stages of development should have good financial support.
As I understand it, the team has already collected the starting capital. I read that the team will not install the soft cap, because it has the tools to successfully launch the RUBY EXCHANGE.

The project is good at its core. But to run the purse the team should hold a good advertisement in order consumer has learned all the details and instructions.

It seems to me that such an active interest in the project, as I now see, will be able to hold the sale of tokens very quickly. I read that there is only a temporary limitation of the sale of ICO, without restriction soft cap.
