За, однозначно... для всяких уродов педофилов,насильников,маньяков.
Но в постсоветском пространстве намного важнее принять закон о членовредительстве ( отрезании: рук,языка и т.д.)
Для врачей которые не умеют лечить но лезут в медицину,для коррупционеров берущих взятки и ворующих с бюджета деньги, для судей которые берут бабки и оправдывают мажоровских детей от тюрьмы а в это время садят простой люд за кражу бутылки водки в магазине, для всех без разбора дилеров и наркобаронов,для участковых ментов которые гоняют на тротуаре бабушку продающую свою петрушку чтобы оплатить ком. платежи, да тут даже без фантазий можно еще написать очень много уродов и извергов которых нужно не казнить, а именно по обрезать части тела и оставить так на всю жизнь.
