Re: Bitcoin and gambling which one has done you more harm

There is obvious a distinct differences between gambling and investing in Bitcoin, gambling is a very risky adventure especially to those who gamble with a huge or massive funds or addicted gambler and investment in Bitcoin is a sure investment whose risk is very minimal if not in existence because even buying Bitcoin at the peak price doesn't end up as a loser except if the investor decided to sell or dump it no matter the longevity of the period of price dump there going to a period when the market would rally upward such that investors who bought at the peak would break even or make some little profit if they had hodl their coin.

Re: What will you do if your country did not legalize cryptocurrency?

Bitcoin is a very useful thing to many people. It has provided very good opportunities, job opportunity, trading opportunity and lots more for many people to earn money for their essentials of life. Bitcoin halving is fast approaching, giving many people hope of investment, and making reasonable profit at the end. Yet in some countries it is completely illegal. What will you do if you are a fan of bitcoin but your country did not legalize cryptocurrency?
Definitely I am going to bypass whatever ban my country impose on cryptocurrency that the alternative means of evading government sanctions, Bitcoin had provided various means of relief for money individuals in term of serving as a means of payment for various services and jobs offered, however to exchange the coin to fiat which could have been very difficult because of the government imposition of ban thus VPN would serve as the tool which would help to transact anonymously thus crypto has been the best latest technology innovation.

Re: Why is cryptocurrency illegal in some countries?
by

on 28/09/2023, 17:24:10 UTC
Cryptocurrency is decentralized thus it becomes absolutely difficult for many countries to regulate it therefore there isn't any other option than to ban it by those country, the fact that some wicked people adopted cryptocurrency for money laundering for terrorist is another setback for adoption of cryptocurrency in majority of countries who had banned cryptocurrency though even before cryptos a lot of money laundering took place however it becomes imperative for most countries to checkmate and monitor all financial transactions involving crypto which is most often very difficult to track thus it was tagged as illegal.

Re: Spot trading or future trading which trading is best for beginers?

As a beginner or newbie spot trading is the best type of trading to kickstart your trading journey because of it less risk compare to future trading though in spot trading Profit accrueable for each trade might be very small However it risk is very appreciable, as for a beginner future trading is absolutely very risk infact it's just like gambling because the funded portfolio can get liquidated in a jiffy or swiftly because of the high leverage on the trade all these assumption was based on personal experience I had when trading both spot and future trading in Binance.

Re: Forget bounties and Airdrops

Although bounty is not as good as it used to be, you can still make money with it. This year I have seen a lot of successful bounty and helped bounty hunter get their reward.
Well said you hardly find profitable bounties these days due to scams and non payment In fact I had to give those tasks a break while  coming back to make a thorough scrutiny on any bounty bounty before joining, while the OP thinks it quite easy to be knowledgeable in those mentioned crypto jobs not knowing that those jobs are highly skilled jobs with expertise in programming of course learning it is not an easy task can be accomplished within a shortest period of time that is why many people fall back to bounty campaigns.

I believe a newbie had to study and research on either becoming a trader based on technical or fundamental analysis combining those analysis at a go might spell doom and become complicated and complex to achieve.
Some forex traders are more knowledgeable in trading fundamentals whenever there is an impact news related to the currency pair to be traded that is when they trade based on increase in the momentum and volatility of the said pair, while some are more of technically based traders who relies on Price action using various charting analysis in aiding their trading decisions while paying attention to any fundamental news that may rubbish or jeopardize their analysis which might result into a massive losses.
Technical analysis is very important for any newbie in making profits consistently although it requires a researching by reading many trading journals, pdfs and watching many videos.

Re: Sig Campaign for Old, Inactive Accounts - Win Up to $3.2 Million for ZERO Posts!
by
Olalomi
on 27/06/2020, 23:55:50 UTC
The Saturday draw will be happening in less than 5 minutes from now!

The most recent snapshot of this thread can be found here:

http://archive.is/oJouK

It's just amazing that his lottery ticket purchases are his own money. And if he ever wins, he will distribute it to the participants in this campaign. It just seems so unbelievable. And what is his true purpose in doing so? Not even a rich person can do that and I have never heard or read anything like that. So if anyone joins it, don't expect too much. As others have said, this is no guarantee.

Only 10% of the prize will be distributed - e.g. the current draw is for $6 million NZD so in the event of a win, $600,000 NZD will be distributed to participants.

United We Stand Divided We Fall' We hope for a better luck in the next draw hopefully a winning jackpot this time around of obviously this is a game of luck however anything can happen a collective prayer might be the key to winning this lottery.

Re: What will happen to ICO if.......
by

on 14/05/2019, 04:26:17 UTC
I'm wondering what will happen to ICO if bitcoin goes back to 1000$ plus per one to find its bottom? Will ICO start dying off ? Cos presently ICO is already suffering from market condition and I'm wondering what ICO fate would be it bitcoin falls further ,any thoughts???

ICO is already falling although bitcoin has not reaching $1000. I think it is not because the market.
But it is because many ICO has not succeed in the past. They have not delivered what they promised.
ICOs is now becoming unfashionable regardless of bitcoin dumping to $1000 of course ICOs will go into extinction if bitcoin  hits $1K,  the latest cryptos investment in vogue now is IEOs which  is reliable to a large extent as it is coordinated by reputable and renown exchanges.

I am also sure the news above also contributed greatly to the growth of bitcoin prices to date, eBay using BTC means it is also ready to be used on almost the same platform.
It's just the matter of time till we sure about how this price will be going.
This is indeed a great news that will have significant impact on the price of bitcoin indication is now rife that bakkt will be tested come July bitcoin is.now getting needed attention and the possibility of it price skyrocking is very obvious having seen the price showing a decent sign of recovery.

by
Olalomi
on 24/02/2019, 15:40:48 UTC
Presently the price of bitcoin is retracing or pulling back that is to show that the speculated bullish market has not evolved yet, expectedly I suggested a kind of bull trap was experienced recently the same scenario had repeatedly reoccurred, so its not a new thing I expect the price to break the resistance at $4100 to $4200  before any meaningful bullish runs.

Google must have done their research thoroughly before adopting bitcoin symbol on their keyboard, its quite obvious that bitcoin popularity outweighs that of ethereum in many folds and for ETH to catch up their team need to work harder, google endorsing btc had really shown that btc has come to stay.

I also had a similar issue with a bounty I participated at a particular time he extended the bounty period without reviewing the bounty pools and all the efforts in  allowing those who want to quit were met with deaf ear, and he is threatening non payment of token to those hunters that defies his order its was a bad experience but I had to move on.

I learnt to persevere in the this difficult bearish market with the hope that there is hope in the future the recent pump in the price of bitcoin had really attested to the fact hodling and accumulations at this period will later results to a massive profits after the market turns bullish.

by
Olalomi
on 23/02/2019, 13:47:49 UTC
Bounty hunting is a two way issue especially at this unfavorable market condition bearish market, its either I hodl my tokens for a brighter days ahead when the market turns bullish before selling off or sell at a very low rate due to the value of ETH which is still at $150 ie very low thus making ones effort almost worthless.

As a bounty hunter I wouldn't release my identity for a token its very obvious that the rewards for the hunters is nothing to write home about thus I feel its not reasonable to release my identity in the name of KYC by doing so I may a victim of scam.

From all indications the prices of crypos had started rising I am very sure there is fundamental behind this pumping, however as a wise hodler you can cash some of the coins having bought around $3300 by now that the price is at $3800 a reasonable amount of profits must have been accrued, else a pullback of the price is imminent don't be too greedy IMHO.

This is a good advice however its the responsibility of the government to take up the initiative and employ experts traders who will train the teeming unemployed youths as a better alternative to the crisis ridden economy, now that crypto trading is gaining ground and popularity it will in long run better the lives of those people who are gainfully employed but trading as an alternative.
