Re: What you should do when you lose most of money?
by
OlgaFS
on 15/01/2019, 08:57:50 UTC
Hello guys, there are always financial losses in the field of trading and this is a normal thing, but unfortunately there is a  category of traders does not accept these losses.  Plus, the not acceptance of the truth may affect them negatively like, psychological problems, stress .. and even on the next choices in trading, but this leads to a multiple and consecutive losses.

In fact,  the first and most essential thing to surpass the loss is "The acceptance of the truth"  and then you have to  " deal with it " in a good way.

Trust me, if you learn from your mistakes, then you will earn what you want.

I learned something very useful and I want to share it with all.

These are the 5 steps to make a financial profit (especially after a big loss) and even achieve your goal, they will be as the following ( like a plan)  :

Step 1 : What do I want to achieve? (Vision)
For example:
I want to earn 2 BTC within a year.

Step 2 : What is their  importance to me? ( Value )
For example: It is important to me because I am poor and I want to help my family in many things.

Step 3: How will I achieve it? ( Methods )
For example: I must have many strategies in each event ( crisis, pump )
..
..
Step 4 : What prevents me from achieving it? (Obstacles)
For example: time,  unexpected event, the fear , weak of self confidence...

Step 5 : How do I know that I  have achieved the success? (Measurement)
For example: ..
..

When I see 2 BTC in my wallet before one year.

Good luck to everyone . Smiley

Whether you are a day trader or you trade once in a while, you have to align yourself with the smart money, not the dumb money, surf along side the whales, not against them, trading is war and you have to choose your  battles correctly

Holy truth!

Re: How to Trade cryptocurrencies comfortably with profit
by
OlgaFS
on 11/01/2019, 20:42:47 UTC
Many have asked 'is it possible to trade cryptocurrency comfortably and still make profit?' The answer could be yes, though it depends on many factors.

First, your success in cryptocurrency trading has a lot to do with your emotional state, because under anxiety you are bound to make huge loss instead of any profit so you need to first make sure your mind is stable and that whatever condition the market goes to does not affect you emotionally, because trading goes sideways at sometimes. Get your mind use to to the fact that there will always be fluctuations in prices and decide to sell only when you are at profit.

100% of agree with you:)

I know that it varies from people to people and their strategies but there must be some important and basic points which people tend to forget all the time .
Of course I don't want you to reveal your trading strategy but some good tips that would really help me out.
Hi!
Try to trade levels (support and resistance levels). A lot of oscillators will be helpful as well (like a Bollinger band, RSI or Awesome oscillator)

Has anyone found volatility in altcoins? I see the market very still and difficult to find opportunities for quick profits.
Which exchange do you use for this type of trade?

Hi!
Depends what you call "volatility". If you looking for gross more than 100% per week... all of the coins do a 10% +/- per day.

Re: How does margin trading work?
by
OlgaFS
on 11/01/2019, 11:16:12 UTC
Hi,

I understand some of the terms but in simple terms how does it work? Basically let's say 1 have 1 BTC and I use 3x leverage, will I be able to trade with 4 BTC?

If so, if I am not wrong, if the total balance goes below 1 BTC, everything will be sold automatically and I lose all. But if I am in profit how much do I get to keep? Are there large fees or percentages taken by the exchange?

I am using poloniex.

So let's say my coin doubled in value after I bought it, so now it's worth 8 BTC (6 BTC if my leverage calculation is wrong), when I sell it, ignoring the trading fee, how much would I keep in profit? Would it be 8 - 3 = 5 BTC?

If so, that would be an amazing gain. I know it's risky but sometimes you see a coin mooning, like BTC and in those cases if you were to buy a lot using margin trading, even after 10% increase wouldn't you end up with a lot of profit?

Thanks in advance.

Hi!
You have to remember, when you trade with leverage, the price can kick off your bid if you will not be right and the price will go against you.

Hi I just want to know what is Margin Trading and how did it help you with your trading? What type of trading are you most using? I am so confuse on what trading type will I use to trade for newbie like me.

Hi!
I think, margin trade for a newbie - is real chance to lose all of the portfolios fastly.
At first, try to find levels of support and resistance. Learn, what the volume on the exchanges can show to you. Look for video materials, there must be more than enough.

Re: Where to invest bitcoins

on 10/01/2019, 11:34:22 UTC
I have got a few spare bitcoins. Please suggest a trustworthy site where I can invest them for some profit.
Edit: A lot of posts here are about reminding me to keep holding bitcoin and it is itself an investment. I agree with this but what I meant to ask was the ways to grow my bitcoin holdings. For example, If I have 1 BTC today and I do nothing with it, it will remain 1BTC after 10 years. I wanted to know if there were any legit ways by which we could get profits on our existing bitcoin holdings.

Hi!
You can try to look for some solid hedge fund, for example. Or trade yourself. Why not? )

Are there any improvements that could be made to how bitcoin propagates it's transactions and blocks? If so, what would you suggest?

I really do not know… But I am pretty sure to create a lot of hard forks - bad idea.

Re: What are your experiences with Cryptopia (exchange)?
by
OlgaFS
on 09/01/2019, 17:43:53 UTC
Hey!

So, here is the deal:
Some of my friends tell me Cryptopia is a solid exchange to trade on. Especially for the smaller coins (not in the top 300),
But, some other friends absolutely hate Cryptopia, they say the UI sucks and it even has scam coins on them.
Both of them have a point, I know the UI isn't the best, but i also know it's good to trade smaller coins on.

I'm wondering, have you ever used this exchange and if yes, would you recommend it?
Looking forward to see some of your replies!

> Netcre

Hi!
For me better to use exchanges. Now I am using only 3 like binance, bitfinex and polonex. Mostly the first one.

If there something else which I have to know before trading please let me know.

Thank you

Wish you luck!

Re: minimum amount to start trading?

What was the amount with which you started trading
I mean your very basic investment and was that your extra money or required money?

For each is its own amount. But one thing is certain: it must be an amount from the loss of which you will not regret

Good advice, I often read tips like this. many people give the same tips. in fact the market moves erratically and changes irregularly. this part that I fear, trade like a ghost every night. I haven't found good tips for controlling my emotions.

Chaos starts at the market when traders receive new information. Chaos - is a base of any of trade.
About emotions... Just forget about hope, luck, expectations. Only a matter of cold-blooded business.

Re: What's the best crypto trading research websites?
by

on 08/01/2019, 15:14:11 UTC
This stuff is really cool! I know many of you like typical forums are going to tell me to use Google.  I tried but I'd like to hear everyone's input please.

What's the best cryptocurrency research website?

Also why is the word "shitcoin" everywhere?

Something that would lead me in the right direction to buying would be much appreciated.

Please and thank you!

Hi!
I think you should try the cryptopanic website.
Shitcoin means a type of alt coins looks like a scam, small capitalization, listing on a few exchanges only, etc

Crypto market is full of blood and tears.
Certainly many people who enter this market long enough will have losses money, even lot of money.
I've lost a lot money because of the margin. When I think I know everything about this market. That moment I was gone.
Have you ever lost a lot of money? Please share with me your story about this market. I want to learn from you. Thanks a lot.

Hi!
Crypto is full of tears and fears because many people tried to get the skin of the teeth and bought BTC and ETH at the highest levels. And now all of the prices go down... But technically it calls a correction of the price. Not everybody can understand it. Keep waiting Wink

Re: Meditation is essential for becoming successful trader

When I started trading , in my mind always I was getting negative thoughts (or thoughts which made me to reverse my decision) , I saw a article about trading psychology where he had mentioned that before stating trading do meditation for few months as it really changes the way of your trading ,  after that I started meditation now after 3-4 months , I am able to control negative thoughts and my concentration as improved a lot

The English theologian and historian Thomas Fuller appears to be the first person to commit the notion that 'the darkest hour is just before the dawn' to print. His religious travelogue A Pisgah-Sight Of Palestine And The Confines Thereof, 1650, contains this view:
It is always darkest just before the Day dawneth.
I almost agree) be positive
