If you are looking for a reliable Pigeoncoin pool, I would suggest our new pool: http://pool.ominousnetwork.com/ We are doing a 1080ti and 1060 giveaway to the miners and we are charging a very low fee. Our pool is quite new, but we just found our first block today and we have been steadily gaining miners and hash power.

For Pigeoncoin a lot of good pools, it is better to make a reliable and stable pool for Ravencoin. Many people complain that they cannot find a suitable and reliable pool. I would advise you to do just that.
Hi thanks for the advice, the Ominous team actually already has a Ravencoin pool up and going if you are interested in that! There is a giveaway for a 1080ti and 1060 for that pool as well.

You guys should give Ominous Network mining pool a try, we just opened and are only charging a modest 0.5% fee. Also, half the fee goes to the developer fund, and we are doing a doing a GTX 1080TI GIVEAWAY. To win you simply need to find the most blocks. Good luck and happy mining!
