Soon you will get out of the stuck situation. The market has been moving slow and being boring. It is almost there that we stop being in that situation and I believe the hype will come back, plus new buyers will join the market and bringing lots of volume back in. When we have more volume, it will be likely that we will see a bull run or a new interval of green market (bull market). I'm very looking forward to it also.

I could be both. If you come to crypto to trade and gamble your money, it will become a danger. Otherwise, you come here to seriously invest your money, it will then be an opportunity for you to grow your wealth.

Re: At this time buy and hold bitcoin smile in future
I think this is the right time for getting a good profit in the future. I want to give to advise that it is a chance for the investor, now buy bitcoin and hold for some time and you know what to do you can sale your bitcoin when the price is high.
Yes. In fact the price just spiked earlier today. However, it is not too late for long term holder who will be willing to hold for 1, 2 years. We will all be happy in couple of more years.
Do you think bounty hunters are a job in your spare time, additional income or is it the main job and the main income of people?
It is a job. I think a lot of people earned money through bounty programs, including me. Of course they will not receive money straight, but coins instead. When those coins have value, they can sell and convert them into real money.

Re: Making a ton of money with short bitcoin futures?
Can we make a ton of money buy going short on bitcoin now? Profiting from bitcoins downtrend? Someone tried that already
Yes. As the hype is getting back, I believe whoever buy now will not regret 3, 4 months later from now. If you planned on getting some profits, I think it would be right now for you to do it.

I don't know about your experience with ICOs but that is not all correct. I think although the number of scammy ICOs are high, it should not be too high that no one should ever invest in an ICO. Also doing a research on ICOs is actually not that hard. When you know how to do a decent research, I think it should only take you about 2 hours to get enough in depth information about a project. Is 2 hours a lot to understand a project? Not at all.

Technically, it is backed by blockchain technology. Again, blockchain is a decentralized system and worked on the matter of trust from all players involved in. So basically it is backed by every one of us. Everyone that is being involved such as miners (mostly) and then holders.

Yes. I am owning 10+ masternodes right now. Trust me it is not hard at all. The point of running a masternode is to help the network becomes stronger. So if you really want to help the project you should rent VPNs from different countries, areas that could build a strong worldwide network instead of having all at your home.

It is good but partially. They can control ICOs that are fake but they can't control ICOs that fail. In other words, investors may get into troubles investing in ICOs that fail after their launch. This would make the entire investment become a disaster again.

Of course I do. ETH is very cheap right now. Time to buy more. The platform is still great and very promising. We can still do a lot with ETH. I honestly think ETH can surpass bitcoin and become a new king.
Now all the markets are crashing down and I don't know what to do with my altcoins. My briefcase fell 30% in a couple of days. I'm afraid I might lose more. Selling or hodl?
Hold. When you sell at a cheaper price than when you bought it means you are losing money. The only way to not lose money is to hold until you have a better price than when you bought. Its proven that all the longterm holders will gain from small to big profits. People who get scared will not.

Hopefully this will bring a lot of good things to crypto market as we will have more buyers. Not sure if this works with tax but we may not have to pay taxes if we pay everything by crypto. I'm really curious about how gtthe goverment can control this taxing system.

It is nice to see that you put Team #1 when doing research. For me, the team always matter the most because it is all what really build and shape the project.
The think is that finding the team members information is pretty hard nowadays. Most of the project owners still try to keep their information private. They may fake their name by using nick name or dont have any information at all.

That was me believing in McCaffee and those twitter shillers. They have nothing to do but shill random coins, sell for high and dump coins on poor people
I still believe in crypto because of the fact that it is forming the future for us right now. We will see very soon.

Definitely demand. More demands more buyers. Buyers will bring more buy volume which will put pressure on the bears. I believe the market will go positive when we have more buyers.

It took like 3 weeks for the price to go from 6k3 to 7k5 and just 24 hours to go back down. This market is just hilarious. I think what we should all do right now is to buy more as the price is so cheap now, and then wait for the market to react and go up.
What is sad is that there are too many whales out there controlling the game and making us having no idea what to do. The market is still heavily manipulated.

You should start with some basic books and practice with small investments. Practicing is the most important thing and that is how you get the most experience from. Then you can basically both learn and trade everyday.
There is a website called baby pips. It is free and very helpful. Check it out as it will definitely help you.

Re: How can we protect ourselves from scam?

on 05/09/2018, 14:41:37 UTC
Easy. Dont give anyone your money. Even when they offer very good offers, it could be something too good to be true. A lot of people get scammed everyday and there are more and more scamming coins being published everyday. Teach yourself financial and technical skills so that no one can trick you easily. Also surround yourself with people like longterm holders so that they can share you experience.

Not safe at all. Putting real money into virtual money is already risking your finance. You can secure them to protect them from stealing but not from having them disappeared and became nothing. The best option is to not invest everything into one basket. Diversify is the key.

Re: Friends reactions to crypto currencies?

I remember when i told one of my closest friends to invest in this coin, he trusted me and decided to put $1000 into it, a single one only. 2 months later the price dropped 100 times cheaper (from 1k sats to 10 sats) his investment turn from 1k to 10 bucks. He was so upset and decided to stay away from crypto currency . I never told anyone to invest into anything from then on.
