Re: [ANN] VAULT v1.3 200% PoS for the next year | COMMUNITY TAKEOVER

this coin has a really low marketcap.  with a potential alt revival on the horizon, this coin could do well if it got attention..

what are the devs' opinions on this?

Re: [ANN] VAULT | NIST5 POW/POS | PARABOLIC MINING | FOR POS MUST UPDATE TO v1.0.4

Well I messaged the dev directly, to find out how long my coins need to be aged before they can stake. We've had 5 blocks in 3 hours - this is unacceptable and if you're trying to get new people into your coin, well... good luck with that! I said I want to stake my VAULT (I have more than the dev team, too!), with 0% reward, to help the health of the network.

He ignored my PM. He then posted the above update. I had my coins in my wallet for 12 hours and no weight was accumulated. I've since moved them back to the exchange. Coin age should be in the OP, and when asked directly, should be a simple question to answer. Why doesn't he want someone helping the blockchain move efficiently?

This team is either:

a) Incompetent.

or

b) Willfully allowing the coin to be unhealthy while they accumulate cheaply.

I'll be holding a few in the event of b), but as we all know, a) is the safe bet in new altcoins. In either case, the character of the people behind this coin isn't exactly that of an honest/trustworthy group.

Invest carefully!

Please sell all your vault and fuck off
Its fucking sunday.

LOL. +1 to zwiggel

Re: [ANN] VAULT | NIST5 POW/POS | PARABOLIC MINING REWARD | HARD FORK -> v1.0.3

questions from someone new to this coin to others in this discussion thread who've been more closely following it:
could anyone summarise what's special about it?

were basic aspects ready at launch - wallet, blockexplorer, website, whitepaper and/or features, etc. - or is the [ANN] promise-heavy?
have the devs delivered on their promises?
Any hidden problems -
premines?
instamines?
well distributed? is there a rich list?
buggy code?
are these are hard core programmers, not "copy-paste" devs or middlemen? When bugs/fork challenge pop up, are they fixed quickly?
dev squabbles?
dev complacency?
missed deadlines?
any "proof of developer"? Is the entirte dev team anonymous -- and even if so, does it at least have a solid reputation here on bitcointalk?
How does the coin production/distribution setup provide insulation from the risk of massive miner/whale dumps? Is there an estimate out there of the max # of daily BTC trading volume that might be needed to absorb mined coins?
Anything to worry about?

When is the next significant development update (code, screenshots and/or whitepaper/proof-of-concept or something else?) expected to come out?

read the thread. things are going relatively well.

if VAULT supporters here tweet/email bittrex or c-cex or whatever exchange you think it should be on, the exchanges usually pay attention.

With an active dev and no premine/ipo, there's a good chance for the coin to get added, if given enough attention

Wink i spoke to bittrex-bill, and he's considering the coin. We'll see if it makes the cut.  A decent no premine/ipo nist5 coin hasn't happened yet, so there is lots of potential.  Hope everything looks good inside!
