its not a steam trade ban they are 2 totally different things, game vac bans mean nothing always have always will, sure if you want to trade they might think oh he uses hacks in a game but who cares man? trading has nothing to do with a vac ban

mate you have to make an offer, considering its 137 steam level, 1.3k games and an old account you have to make it worth my while to get rid of it. wont be peanuts thats for sure
You're asking $3k for that account. No one cares how old the account is (Personal experience). Nor they care about how many games there are.
All people care about are ranked levels in games and items you have.
Your account was banned for using hacks. That's not good. It's a flagged account.

lol as ive already stated vac bans do nothing literally nothing to any other games on the account and you have a lot of other games to play so np. there are no vacs for any important games just 13 year old kiddie cod games thats it.
updating the account for new owner is more than easy and ive sold my other accounts for far more than 3k, i mean sure it has vacs but who cares? you can play on servers fine apart from 3 cod games its no big deal. Personally you are blowing it out of proportion the account is in good standing for all other situations and vac means nothing tbh.
You also state that the amount of games does nothing to the value and thats also not true, it doesnt have inventory because ive sold it all and dont store it on this account, you can see from screens its 100% fine for trades and store purchases.

Well for cs:go and dota i have never played them really so accounts would be fresh, cs:go i played casual but never ranked. Dota i dont play because i hate mobas.
