I have PayPal and urgently need Bitcoin. I will pay 10% over market price.

I am an honest person, however I understand the high risk of PayPal transactions, therefore I will also offer the option of receiving a gift card of your choice as payment, as long as the retailer accepts PayPal (so I can buy).
