Selling BitcoinBlogger.com Domain + Site Backup
by
Oreganobag
on 30/10/2014, 02:14:43 UTC
Looking to sell this premium domain name. I bought the site for about $1000 a while back but just haven't had time for it.

Right now, the site is down, but I still have a backup of all the content (we were linked to by TechCrunch so once you get it back up and running, it will have a lot of link power going for it. I want to say there were around 100 posts but I'm not sure). It was running on Wordpress so easy to get up and going. The domain has been around for 6-7 years and is registered until 08-08-15 on Namecheap. It is claimed to be one of the first Bitcoin Dedicated blogs/sites.

If someone wants me to prove ownership, I'd be glad to host it if someone has some hosting available and post a pic of this post. I currently do not have any hosting of my own anymore.

Make me offers in BTC!

Thanks

BitcoinBlogger.com for Sale | World's First Bitcoin Dedicated Blog
by
Oreganobag
on 21/07/2014, 08:27:51 UTC
Selling BitcoinBlogger.com and all content on it.

Proof that I own it: http://bitcoinblogger.com/proof/

Lots of work has been put in to it, it ranks really well for SEO and has had some big viral posts linked to by the likes of TechCrunch: http://techcrunch.com/2013/11/15/apple-bumps-coinbases-bitcoin-app-from-the-app-store-android-app-lives-on/

It is managed with Wordpress on a Cpanel/WHM server. The domain will be transferred to you and we can set it up so the transfer of the blog data is sent  directly to your server if it has whm/cpanel too I believe.

We got tons of sign-ups to Cex.io with our affiliate links, and the CoinURL ads generated about .5 BTC in revenue or so from July of last year to January. You would most likely make more money sticking Google Adsence to be honest, or other affiliate links for related services and products. There were 2 reviews paid for over that time period, too at about $150 a pop. Note that we weren't always actively posting. Someone posting daily could easily scale this to several thousand dollars a month.

The SEO is done for you. The linking power and repertoire is there. This is pretty much a turn-key site. As long as you can provide regular content, this site should make back any investment in it shortly.

Asking for 12 BTC or best offer. Totally negotiable.

^ Try withdrawing about 10% of your total gain or however much on a daily basis. With the fluxuation of coin price, and the fall of BTC price, every other coin is dropping like a brick with it which means your portfolio value falls with it.

Monitoring Rented Rigs
by
Oreganobag
on 19/12/2013, 15:42:50 UTC
I'm in the process of trying to rent some GPU hashing power. One thing that bites me in the ass over and over again is that I need remote desktop/teamviewer access to change pools. Many new renters don't want to do this as they are afraid I'll eff with their GPU settings and fry their cards. I'm not stupid enough to ruin my reputation like that, but of course, its the Internet and there is no reason to believe a random online.

So, is there any software options out there that allow me to monitor remote miners, but not have the option to play with GPU settings? I just want to change the pool its pointed at on a moments notice without having to notify the person I'm renting from.

[WTB/LF] Pool Mining Consulting + Setup
by

I'm on the hunt for a competent person to help consult in setting up multiple pools. We'll cover server requirements and suggestions, server and software installation, creation of a couple pools as well as walking through to cover basic maintenance details, as well as giving security suggestions. I would like to get some pools up and running as soon as possible, basically.

This is an up-front paying job. Looking for trusted and professional individuals. May offer profit sharing for long term partner which is ideally what I'm looking for. (I'm the creative brain behind my online marketing operation ( http://justindupre.com , http://superaffiliateconsulting.com , http://bitcoinblogger.com ) , I just lack technical programming skills and Linux know-how to be able to set this stuff up. My current employees know nothing about cryptos and I don't want to trust them with figuring out how to setup something they don't understand. Whether you'd like to become a regularly paid part-time consultant or a longtime partner is up to you!

PM me your contact details, availability and rates if any apply or you are interested in working with me! This is a serious offer!

If you continued to mine DOGE for say, 48-72+ hours, would there ever be a time where the system pays us out if the round just keeps going and going for days on end, or do we have to wait for the whole round, even if it takes several days, to complete?

Thanks!

Re: Want to rent out your scrypt miner?
by

Looking to rent some MH/s, first by day to test you out, then by week, then by month.

Can pay with BTC, LTC, or Paypal (I'm a US Business Verified user and send thousands per week through it).

As far as trust, I own and write at http://bitcoinblogger.com. I pay my writers. I can provide personal identification and contact information. I don't necessarily need your personal information, but proof of your hashing power would be ideal. The smaller hourly/daily contracts to get started minimizes risk. I would also like remote desktop access. I won't touch mining power options, just change wherever the miners are pointing to.

The epitome of lazy.

I'd assume LAMP skills. If you know your way around multipool, I'm guessing you could probably put this together.

Some knowledge about working with payment APIs, too. I'm not too sure what language you need as I'm not a programmer.
