Hello, thanks for the interest! While possible, it is not necessarily true that this would be a sub sat coin, TRTL has a supply of 1 Trillion and is priced at 2 sats right now. And tradeogre with LTC market does sound fine, have submitted an application for a listing.

By the way, you said serious projects dont use FREE hosting websites.  Did you know that turtlecoin.lol is hosted on GitHub? They just pay for a domain.

No pre-mine was made, Through the genesis block, or being the first to mine.

Oscillate [OSL] is an ASIC resistant fork of TurtleCoin, using the CryptoNight_Turtle algorithm. Quick transactions, privacy, Ease of use make this coin perfect for paying anyone, anywhere. Oscillate can also be mined on any windows or Linux based PC, no matter how strong or weak!

If you do not know what TurtleCoin is, it is a fairly popular cryptonote coin, which is what this was forked from. Oscillate was forked from this code for a few reasons.

1. The code is updated frequently and is always supporting updates for operating systems
2. The code is lightweight and can be used on ARM devices
3. It is faster than the original cryptonote commit
4. An easy to use wallet is included with the release

  
Why Oscillate?
Oscillate uses cryptonote technology, which offers private, anonymous transactions so that every transaction is invisible to others. Oscillate also has a target block time of sixty(60) seconds, which allows you to receive your OSC faster. All blocks must go through forty(40) confirmations before the amount is unlocked. The total supply for of Oscillate to be mined is 100,000,000,000.00 (100 billion). The current reward for each block is around ~11,915 at time of writing.

Oscillate is currently available for two operating systems: Windows and Linux, a Mac release is not currently available but will be soon.

Mining options
There are currently two main options for mining: Using the miner that is included with the wallet, or mining in a pool with XMR-STAK or some other cryptonote mining software. The Included miner can get you up and mining in seconds, but it is a solo miner so rewards are not guaranteed, but is easy to use if you are a beginner. The latter option, using software like XMR-STAK, allows you to join in with other miners in a "pool" splitting up the block.
