one of the best feature of cryptocurrncy  that we like is it maintain our privacy. We can't tell you if anything in the crypto space is not a scam. Most of them are failed or likely to scam so you must be so sure that you aren't being scamed. I think top currencies will be much preferable but low in return.

In real world we get bank loan to invest or buy some real estate. whenever we get profit we can repay loans. But don’t think  that on chain real estate will get any monetary support from the banks or financial institution.
