I received my funds, however they were at today's market price. When I ordered 2 days ago, the market was $150 per coin, which should've gotten me about 2BTC. I only received 1.49. How do I start a ticket to get the difference back?

Thank you for addressing my issue. Can you give me some clarification on what being on the support list means, when will our issue be resolved, and will we be refunded the value of the coins we have lost? When i placed my order the price was roughly $156. It has risen almost $20 resulting in a $60 loss.

The support list allows me to be more personally accountable with your issues so I can give you an idea of what your issue is and what is being done about it.  There is currently no ETA for resolution.  If you have an issue with your order once you receive it then you can ask me to open another support ticket for your new issue.  One step at a time.  Thanks!  Smiley

Is there a way we can look up our ticket status if we're on that support list for 4/7? Sorry I just don't really understand this process is all.

Hello, I purchased about $300 worth of bitcoins earlier today via Bitinstant. I received a successful payment email from ZipZap but no emails from Bitinstant and there's nothing coming to my address (I checked it on BlockChain.) The account # on the zipzap payment slip is: 330968587.

Please help!
We are in the same boat. I received no email from Bit Instant so I don't even have a quote ID to give.

Seems that way! I've never had any problems with Bitinstant before Sad maybe I should look into alternatives!
