when the market slumps like now, I'm targeting Ethereum for investment, I think it's the right time to buy because it's cheap and I hold it until the market stabilizes.Although it seemed to me that the author of the post asked about cheap coins (probably, he meant alts under a dollar), I am also voting for Ethereum. I will also buy Monero, Cardano, Stellar and IOTA.
Eventhough there are lots of altcoin already we can actually considered that ethereum is one of the best because may are still using it at to this point, so better buy and ethereum than other altcoin.

I do not know if AI will pick the drugs. I think this decision will continue to be made by the doctor. maybe there is support by the AI.

Care providers like Doctors and Physicians only can provide Prescription. AI play a role is dispensing/delivering the drug by analyzing the data and making sure right drug delivered to the right patients at right time with the right dosage. In the US alone, about 6% of the patient' death is related to poor drug management. We believe using AI/ML with Blockchain should able to solve the problem.

In this kind of situation its really tough to decide the right thing to do, but for me if I dont need the money I'll just hold it rather than sell it because well never know time will come the market value become higher.

I agree with your statement ICO is very safe to attend too you must consider the team behind the project and ofcourse there development in different situation.
Walmart Analyst Thomas lee said that the bitcoins huge plunge in the crypto market after the huge hit last december will come to a stop after the tax filing by mid April and more than $ 25 billion holdings will be taxed. The bitcoin market plunged to 50% because of the uncertainty of regulating bitcoins. Lee is of the opinion that there are more chances for the price of bitcoins could increase above $ 20000 USD by mid year and could hit upto $ 25000 USD by year ending, let's wait and watch what is going to happen in the crypto market after April 17th, hope that bitcoins will start to recover and so does altcoins.
These would be a great news for everybody especially to those who have already BTC because there would be a greater possibility that they would get a higher profit or amount in the mid-year of 2018.

maybe metamask could be your choice, because with metamask every transaction we have to confirm first and it will be notification to us when there is unknown transaction.
