If gusto nyo ng alternative for cebuana, since mataas na nga ang fee, you can also try using LBC remittance and like cebuana, instant na rin ang cash out. Yung pag process is same lang din and it's much better to fill out their card, it will also serve as loyalty card pero walang points, ang advantage lang ay mas less hassle ang pagkuha, and it's free btw.

I have the same problem, when it's bounty like relentless rain.
many jobs but not valued. I hate this situation and almost give up. I hope that next year this situation can change.

Hopefully yes but don't put your hopes high because it might get more worst, whether we like it or not we need to deal with it.
Of course failed icos won't get paid their bounty participants and even they pay them the token will be just useless as shit, and I think nobody wants that.

Re: Beware of Ledger Nano S SCAM/HACK
by

on 07/11/2018, 07:01:05 UTC

We live in the age of information but due to its volume we can be confused and become clueless instead...victim s of information overload.

Kumbaga, learning is a continuous process.

Re: Many ALT hodlers are selling and leaving this market: They are Fools!

I don't think they decided to leave the crypto market. At this stage of the crypto market, only the smartest investors remain here who understand perfectly - after such a major fall, the market will in any case restore its position. Therefore, in any case, they will return when the first prerequisites for a rise in price of cryptocurrency appear.

It's ironic that they'll come back here after the market recovers and will buy with the current price. They don't know how to utilize the bear trend. Though we can't blame them for leaving, maybe they've easily swayed by fuds or they just cut loss, whatever their reason they'll be the one who will take the consequences.

The bitcoin cash got several development teams. So it seems it is not as centralised as Bitcoin. And the community will fork bitcoin cash in 10 days, which will make it even less centralised.

Nah, bitcoin is decentralized and bitcoin cash is centralized.
Bitcoin cash is just a wanna be one, trying to steal what bitcoin have.

Those scammers will do anything just to make out of money. Otherwise, wait to taste their own karma.

I can smell OP had just copied the whole thing and obviously trolling.

This kind of people doesn't deserve anything from us and just want to shake others hand. Likewise, everyone can make speculation without strong evidence and claim. With that, I can also claim that bitcoin will hit again with $20k before this year end.

Re: Question about taxing
by
PETES
on 06/11/2018, 09:36:19 UTC
one way to minimize your tax liability in the USA: if you mostly just hold for long periods of time, consider aiming for long term capital gains: if you hold for at least a year, your gains are taxed at a lower rate, usually 15% for most people. short term capital gains are taxed at your regular tax rate (up to 40%).

So much this.

You should also try to avoid crypto-to-crypto trades because each instance is considered a sale and a purchase.

If you want to take extreme measures, move to Puerto Rico lol.

Yeah that will be your last resort and if you're really a crypto enthusiast and sick of the taxes the go find crypto haven.
Well it's really annoying to deal with huge taxes like they can't even consider bitcoin as an asset yet they keep it taxable.

Re: SEC Bitcoin ETF Decision - Yea or Nay?
by
PETES
on 05/11/2018, 11:50:11 UTC
If they will approve Bitcoin ETF, they would have to approve the ETH application soon and all other that will apply after it.

Taken from the fact that if the bitcoin ETF gets an approval, it will trigger the market to rise and in return the altcoins will follow.
Having alts to also apply for ETF is just a crappy idea since they just depend on bitcoin's trend, I hope its devs have some brains.

Though I don't see ETF good for bitcoin but for the price matter, it will be.

so my plan is to probably sell most of my Bitcoin

Hate to be boring or negative even but if the plan is just to sell and everyone has a similar plan can you spot the flaw in the plan to this ever happening  Undecided

if demand is strong enough, it doesn't matter.

and when the bubble is happening, greed takes over. most people either sell way too low before price goes parabolic, or they wait until after price crashes out of greed. very few people get to sell the top.

Talking about greed, people will probably wait for ath and sell everything then the bubble will burst out. Hence, selling on top will br their goal. Demand will determine the price hence the supply and bitcoin halving will not be a factor for now.

Just note that we should know when to reap our profit.

Re: Cyber attacks are good for Bitcoin
by
PETES
on 04/11/2018, 11:08:26 UTC
bitcoin won't fix the fact that businesses often require your personal information, and they don't protect it.

but also companies are requiring your personal information Because they are using credit cards,... in other words it is what the fiat world demands. but using bitcoin they won't need that kind of information anymore so in a way using bitcoin can fix that.

Then there come legalities wanting to stop bitcoin because they can't tax people using it. Because in the first they don't know who that is.

I don't quite understand how they will use blockchain to safe private data. Bitcoin is a public ledger right?

If they will only use blockchain as record of activity storage, where they will use keys/ids for each record/activity and keep the real records privately, isn't that the same thing?  Huh

It's true so this whole thing is absurd and will just make traditional ways be so complicated.
More likely there will be no such safe place to store as the hackers are so just damn clever.
We never know if this whole hacking issue was an inside job or not. Things are getting shady every time.

Well as for the title, it confuse the hell out of me.

Re: Where do you watch new coins?
by
PETES
on 04/11/2018, 09:48:50 UTC
As much as how many scam coins are being released on the daily, your best bet would probably would be in the Announcements (Altcoins)[1] section. Another option would probably be airdrop sites.

[1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0

Announcements (Altcoins) is definitely the best place

I doubt it. I don't want to deal hundreds of new tokens in altcoin section and the risk of getting scam or lose your money is high.
Though some say CMC is a lie but I still go from it, besides you still need to do your own research before buying new tokens.
CMC is just a little guide.

I have more than 200 cryptocurrencies in my portfolio. Thanks to KuCoin and airdrops Smiley
that is soo much, maybe if some of them rise sharply you will earn much money.or atleast btc rate rise again maybe your asset worthed more than 1 btc.

I doubt that, as what he said thanks to KuCoin and airdrops so technically mostly of it are worthless so there's no way it will be worth 1btc. All of these 200 tokens will be nothing but a reminder of how shit the market.

I have 15 different coins in my protfolio.
Before I stopped mining I decided to mine several coins with low difficulty and I am not planning to sell them until they are worth something.

Considering you're planning to hold this for long term then 15 coins is still good but if it's either for short to mid term then you'll just be messing your own life. Diversion is essential but too much coins isn't profitable anymore.

Re: Be Safe

on 11/10/2018, 07:46:42 UTC
If you want to be safe choose AML BitCoin. No one will steal your coins. This is the only coin compliant with AML and KYC.

Mostly of the icos now did the kyc as compliant of AML, so what the heck are you talking about? I'm sure that's a shitcoin.

If you guys still want to trade in DEx that obviously requires to import the private keys; create a new wallet then transfer your coins there then your new wallet can be now use in DEx. The hacking vulnerability of your main wallet will be lessen as you do this since you didn't import your private keys. For full protection, always use metamask.
