Is the Gridseed controller required to run these units or can I run 10 of them from a PC using USB hubs?

That said, something is weird PoolWaffle - half of my shares aren't being counted right now, started just after 18:01 server time.  Shares are still be submitted by all my rigs, but half aren't being counted by the site stats (it appears 2 rigs in particular probably aren't getting their shares counted).  I have seen this before once a few days ago, and had to restart the machines.  Everything is pointed to uswest, but my rigs are divided between two locations - the second location seem to be what isn't being counted right now.  I will leave them without rebooting for a bit, so you can maybe take a look.

Wafflepool hash: 1625dbc1
worker names I suspect are not having their shares counted: phzi1, phzi2

I just saw the same problem, running on uswest server. Miners reported working fine, web stats showed zero work.

I restarted the miners and things look to be correct again.

No problem. I have been running a dual 290x system for a few weeks now on a 1000 watt PSU.

Those 290x cards are not pulling more then maybe 350 watts each, probably less. I have not yet run that system on a meter so I cant say for sure.

Has anybody been able to get their coins out of http://bil.cryptohashery.com/ ?
I haven't been able to edit my account and get coins out for 2 days. "Failed to update your account: Unable to connect to RPC server for coin address validation"
And the support option also errors out.

I have been mining there for a few days now using auto payouts, no issues so far except for the downtime this morning.

Stablecoin may in fact find a home on the exchange, since we are having problems with Gridcoin and there are varying reports on whether the coin actually works as intended or not.

That's good. I would really like to see SBC listed on this exchange as well. It seems like it has a lot of potential (of course I'm a little biased towards it, but I picked it for a reason), and your exchange looks like it has a lot of potential as well.

I'll be following on twitter for updates.

well launch of the site is now postponed in the light of recent posts highlighting some security issues and lack of database transactions, and not using PDO. two things i have no experience with. i wanna do this right so for the time being we are putting launch on stand by while we search for a third dev with the security expertise necessary to complete our dev team. I've spoken with justin and we are willing to admit that we need someone with more experience to shephard us in completing the project.

I love your approach and attitude. Keep learning and press on!

Never panic sell! Just hold and ride out it. With the news of Wall street entering soon, it will all go up, So just hold or regret it in a month!

Or they convince the feds to ban BTC and the whole thing falls apart. Not that I hope it happens but it is possible.

The only part of the system that impacts your hash rate is the video cards. Those 280x are not a bad choice. The 7950's can do better on a cost/hash ratio but good luck finding any.

Also, don't forget you need a power supply of at least 600W for that system, I would suggest closer to 750W as you will get a bit better power efficiency if your not running at near the max that your power supply can handle.
