It is safe to participate in ICO. But before invest we need to do some homework. We need to read carefully the whitepaper to see the potential of the project. Then, we need to look at the developer team of the coin so to see is that implementable or not. Besides, we can also refer bitcointalk for the update news for ICO.

Bitcoin is one of the platform for criminal to raise fund or to transfer fund. But now there is a private coin that more privacy that criminal would prefer because the blockchain allow the users to track and someone manage to track down a few of the criminal activities.

Bitcoin is now using decentralize system and it will be hard to change to centralize as the main reason why bitcoin created is because they don't want to be centralize. The decision making is better to be all the holder an not single person.

Hold it or sell it actually is a personal question. Some people decide to sell it when he think earn enough and the buy back when the coin become cheaper. But for now, it is better to hold as now the coins are in bull run.

It is better to make living with altcoin than bitcoin. Bitcoin is precious because it has the value that worth holding and not for daily transaction for the purpose of living. Thus Bitcoin is better use as one type of saving or extra insurance.
