bfgminer -o stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 -x http://proxy.com:8080 -u xxx -p 111
Maybe you should try to connect to stratum+tcp://stratum.btcguild.com:3333 instead of bitcoin.cz.........
Code:
bfgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.btcguild.com:3333 -x http://proxy.com:8080 -u xxx -p 111

I got my 1st ASIC, an USB Block Erupter.

At first time I did set it up on Windows w/ latest (3.6.0) BFG, works fine.

At second time I gave a try to my Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Precise Pangolin x64 (BFG from PPA).
I start BFG, and.... WTF?!? Something wrong!
Check, check, check.... BFG version, and see: 3.2.1-0precise1??
Checking updates: no update.
Checking PPA settings: correct.
Checking PPA content: OMFGWTF88MPH?Huh? Latest build for any Ubuntu: 3.3.0...  Still 3.2.1 < 3.3.0, so what? WHAT?  Failed to build. Are unit3 still alive??

I was able to set it up on 3.2.1, but commands do differ from 3.6.0, it wasn't at that easy at 1st try like on windows.... And the hasrate are miserable...  Shocked

PS: Sorry for my English!  Grin

Hi. The situation is as follows:
I have 3 VGAs. Peak performance is 6950(326 MH/s), Asus 5870 (461 MH/s), Gigabyte 5870 (431 MH/s)
When a single card is mining (6950 for example) everything is ok with its hashrate. When the second turns on the (Asus for example) hashrate drops and bounces from ~316 to ~326 for 6950 and ~326-367 for Asus and when I turn Gigabyte on the hashrate drops even more significantly ~296-309 6950, ~311-354 Asus, ~309-349 Gigabyte.

What the hell is going on?

I use Aoclbf 1.81 + Phoenix 1.7.0 whith modofied kernel + Cat 12.1 + Windows 7 x64 SP1
Flags are: -k phatk2 VECTORS2 BFI_INT FASTLOOP=false AGGRESSION=11 DEVICE=X

Everything was perfect untill I installed Intel OpenCL SDK. Now I have uninstalled it but the problem remains.

Today I tried CGminer 2.0.8! VGA clocks are the same!
Flags are:
cgminer -o http://pit.deepbit.net:8332 -u *** -p *** -I d,10,10 -k phatk

This gives me ~306 MH/s for 6950, ~411 and ~ 396 for Asus and Gigabyte correspondingly.

PLEASE help me to resolve a situation!
Thanx in advance
My first thought: Cooling problem.

Is this just the drivers or did you do something to modify them?
Just the drivers. Those packages contain the official AMD drivers, but bundled into one installer.

Read this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=38856.msg494053#msg494053

I'll put this into Q/A for next driver packages Wink

Q: Why didn't you made packs for 11.10?
A: With 11.10 there was no south bridge, RAID and AHCI driver relased (only 11.9 ones where aviable to download from AMD).

Q: Why did you post 11.11 two weeks after it's release?
A: I didn't noticed it was released until late November (sry. Grin), then Megaupload was unavailable for a few days....  Angry

Q:
I have tried to download one of the archives but I get the federal notice about MegaUpload takedown. Is it possible to update the links?
A:
Megaupload.com was sized, and I have internet connection problems since 1st March.
I don't really know other upload sites, I'm really not onto them...
I created some torrents, but I don't know where to upload them.... (sites like IsoHunt and The Pirate Bay did erased the torrent and/or banned me super fast...  Undecided)
I only can tell you the megnet url for them....

Magnet url for 11.07
Magnet url for 11.08
Magnet url for 11.09
Magnet url for 11.11

I could not post them here before because of my ISP problems. They have only a few seeds yet.

Q: Will you make packages from more up to date drivers?
A: Maybe, but I have not much time...

Re: Intel GPUs in their CPUs
by

Intel is quite new to this whole GPU thing. For them, right now, it's good enough if somebody can see the Windows desktop, watch YouTube and play Farmville. And honestly that's good enough for the majority of people buying these systems. Maybe in the future their offerings will improve.

They not new, they where on the market (of integrated video cards) over a decade, but they are waaaay obsolete and/or outdated design, waaaaay behind AMD/ATI and nVidia.

It was yours + PLaci1982's replies that had this whole sense of "this is pointless, what are you noobs bothering for" about it, and at the time I hadn't realized there was even anything to test to begin with. Dead serious, I was 100% under the impression nothing had been posted yet and we were paying to have the program written.

Since neither of us had paid for the program to be written yet, obviously I was a bit ruffled that there were people in this thread (and with a huge screenshot) acting like something already "exists and sucks"... so yeah. Sorry 'bout that. Take your 2 BTC away if you like, but I don't even know if Decade is going to be back anyway :/

OMG m8 don't be like a 8yo n00b.... MH/s will be different for different cards... HD 2400, HD 3100-3400, HD 4200 GPUs have ~1/3 of compute power compared to a HD 2600, HD 3600, ~1/6 compared to a HD 2900 GT and ~1/8 compared to a HD 2900 Pro/XT, HD 3800...

According to experience with the 11.9 Relase Candidate and an AMD forum topic, there are good news for miners with single GPU rigs! It seems to be that the 100% CPU bug should be fixed by the new driver!
Try it, and post your results!

I actually managed to get 64 version to work with my ASUS EAH 3450 256MB.

1.1 Mhash is the neat result, ill post pictures later.
Wait, wait. I don't think you're mining with your GPU there. What's your CPU usage? What's the miner? If you have AMD-APP installed, it'll emulate GPU-processing using the CPU if you don't select the right device...

Did you read the 1st post?

As a result, my video card (Mobility Radeon HD 3410) crunches through fewer hashes than my CPU (AMD Turion Neo X2 L625). If I didn't mangle poclbm too badly, it estimates that it crunches at a rate of roughly 0.850 MH/s.

I posted this in the cgminer thread, and was summarily ignored.  It's 83 pages long anyhow, time to start new threads!

I don't think so...

Code:
"device" : "2",
"device" : "1",
Results in GPU 0 and 1 being disabled.

Maybe the the order is important, try this:

Code:
"device" : "1",
"device" : "2",
