Re: [BTCPOP - QuintoBTC IPO] Answers to our Q & A on June 1 @ 19:00 GMT

Here are four main investors questions answered:

Why a ฿0.25 asking price?

This price was set to attract serious investors, and possibly more accredited investors.  We understand that this amount may seem high to some, but it also reduces the number of shareholders required to achieve our goal.

Why do you need so much money?

We're in the process of vetting software development companies. Good coding does not come cheap.  Current time estimates have varied from 400 to 1000 hours of work. The highest estimate so far was just over $96,000 USD (which in our view is outrageous).  We believe the cost should be closer to $40,000 USD.

Funds will also be used for lottery risk insurance. This will allow us to offer a ฿2000.00 (2,000,000 mBTC) lottery jackpot.  It's imperative that our lottery be structured as a true lottery. This insurance will guarantee a jackpot payout, in the event that funds collected are insufficient to cover the jackpot.  We are currently looking at two risk assessment companies. Both want approximately 1.8% of the prize money for 2,000,000 lottery picks.

Why such a high valuation?

Our valuation was based on a recent angel investor, and our time and money put into the company.  We are a legal Costa Rica S.A. corporation, with the ability to obtain a gaming license.

How fast can we expect a return on investment?

There is no quick or simple answer.  Our goal is to complete the development phase sometime in August 2016. Depending on testing, we could launch as soon as August or early September. Revenue will not begin to generate until then.

All shareholders will receive preferred shares and receive 70% of gross income until initial return on investment, shares will then be converted to common shares. Based solely on QuintoBTC Lottery game and 1000 preferred shares, we will need to sell 1,190,480 picks to achieve initial return on investment.

Our scratchers have a 97.5% payback. They should produce a high volume of play, given the odds on winning at 1 in 2.54, and with a top prize of 10,000 times the purchase price.  The revenue from the scratchers is 2% with 0.5% to cover all payouts.

Our other lottery game is a daily game with a much smaller jackpot of ฿10.00, and a 1/4th the cost, so ROI on this game would be four times that of QuintoBTC, if it was the only lottery game.

Have you have any bitcoins invested so far? If you do, can you sign an address that holds the bitcoin. This is a lottery right? I'm not sure why do you feel the need for investors when you can simply advertise to bring more traffic and place ads on the site in order to make revenue from said traffic.

We are seeking investors to finish the front-end of our software, marketing, and other things noted in our IPO on BTCPOP.

If you have questions for our open Q&A, please feel free to post them.

For me personally I would only invest if I see a working website, I expect the front-end to be fully done. It's nothing new you're trying to do here. Only the rules of your lottery are different from others but the website itself can't be that hard to put online including sufficient security.

If you can't manage to pay this out of your own pocket then I personally don't see why I would sent you coins.

Besides you're IPO is for 250 btc if I'm not mistaken. Isn't that a bit much for a website that hasn't even made a single satoshi, even worse, for a site that isn't even working...

Perhaps you should have waited some more time before you had put up your IPO.

Nevertheless good luck with your site and IPO.

The break down of the BTC250 is in the IPO listing, but with good programmers, and insurance that is required it is reasonable.  Also the valuation comes from one investor we already have for BTC125.

There is old investment offers still posted on the front page of your website.

Links on your homepage don't even work for being such a "reputable and long standing company"  I'm looking at you leaderboard link.

The website looks like it was made on geocities.  No where near professional enough for the kind of $$ you are looking to raise.

My apology for the old links, we have everything on hiatus at this time.

Judging a book by its cover is never a good thing, and not to be inconsiderate, but we never received a request for detail on our project.  Serious investor would ask for our detail information, and do their due diligence as they should.

We are a “reputable and long standing company”, as stated.

Investment will be used to create a professional presence, and have our software available on all platforms.  We have stated this fact in all our postings.

I hope this clarifies things for you.

We have been reading through many posts on this securities thread, and understanding more and more about the suspicion of our offering, as so many others have been scammed.

To assure confidence in our project, we wish to state, first and foremost, we have been in the online gaming industry for 20 years. We launched our first online game in 2000; our support staff, consisting of 10 employees, were there 365/24/7 for our customers. After the passage of the UIGEA, virtually every e-wallet service no longer allowed US citizens to conduct financial transactions with online gaming/gambling sites.  Our own online site suffered greatly, as 98% of our customers were US-based.  This lead to the eventual shuttering of our once popular and very profitable online site.

As business owners, we were leery of bitcoin in the beginning; however our own skepticism soon passed.  We then started the process of re-designing our servers and games for the bitcoin community.  Our primary focus has always been to design games that are pari-mutual in wagering, inasmuch as we take away any risk to the house, provides fairness to players that also ensure trust.

We do not expect to convince you with words alone, as your own due diligence is required.  We are willing to provide you with any and all data related to this investment as long as you are also willing to sign our NDA.

Again, thank you for your time.

We are very determined to finish our traditional lottery games, which will be playable on any platform.  The amount we are seeking, BTC750, is substantial, but we can explain every single expense.

We have noticed other so-called “lotteries” popping up, but we can assure you that once we launch, ours will be the best legally operating lottery games available on-line.  In making this claim, we are again willing to offer the following:

  • As for collateral, our complete PM Poker Company is on the line, worth far more than BTC750.

  • Investor will receive 75% of gross revenue from ticket sales until BTC750 is repaid, regardless of ownership percentage.  Gross revenue is easily calculated from sales, which will be public knowledge at the time of each drawing.

  • We believe we can have your Return on Investment back within 18 months (from date of launch), along with a 20% ownership stake.  In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill this timeline, as a penalty to ourselves, we will increase the investor(s) ownership stake by 50%.

There has to be someone or a group that would like to be part of a legal online gaming site.
Please let us make this a reality.

You will have to paid a several coin to the winners too right because it is lottery game with may be some percentage back to the site. Btw how are we going to play traditional lottery? You need to buy some tickets too right? There is no explanation on how your game will be going so there is a less attraction from other people as I can say

If I understand your post correctly.

We stated it is a traditional lottery game, and yes the customers would purchase tickets.

Detail information on game play is not being released now, as others could copy our idea if they already have the funds.

If anyone is serious about investing, then we will explain how the game is played, and revenue estimates, but under our NDA.

We would like to modify our offer to reflect the risk factors involved.

We are able to insure the majority of the investment up to ($1,000,000 USD).  The BTC2000 will stay in a cold wallet, not to be used unless unforeseen circumstances occurred within the lottery game.  Should this happen, these funds would be replaced by the insurance company up to the agreed amount.

Because the BTC2000 has an infinitesimally small risk, we offer 5.0% ownership stake.  If you are interested in understand more why this portion of the investment is virtually risk free and terms and conditions, please email us for a copy of our NDA.

The other BTC750 does have higher risk factor, but the company itself is being used as collateral.  We have improved this offer to 20% ownership stake.  This portion of the investment will receive preferential treatment until initial investment is returned.

Please email us for a copy of our NDA on either portion of the investments.  Please indicate which interests you more or both combined.

This is a great first step for the opportunity to become part ownership in online gaming.  Multiple investors are welcome.

This posting also updated Securities thread.

Hello,

This investment opportunity makes no sense. You're asking for 2750BTC for 20% of the ownership, which means that your valuing it at 13,750BTC , which currently is approx $5.3M. What makes it worth $5.3M ? There is no customer base or anything. There is no way anyone in their right mind would invest in this.

Well here it is, rushing to judgment without knowing facts.  Until you understand the business plan and what the investment is about, stop making accusations.

There is no customer base or anything?

Well that is factual at this time, however where did we claim to have a customer base.  Anyone understanding business knows, there is customer acquisition cost.  Getting traction to any site is very expensive in the first stages.

What makes it worth $5.3M?

The majority (73.09%) of this investment is insured as we have stated, and you will not find that with any other investment.  Your evaluation calculation would be accurate if you assumed the full BTC2750 were at risk.

Also as stated we are offering PM Poker gaming software as collateral, and paying 65% of gross revenue until 100% of original investment is paid back.

There is no way anyone in their right mind would invest in this.

We could not disagree more.  Anyone in their right mind would be doing due diligence and we welcome this.  When you are making erroneous statements it becomes apparent of your intentions.

Furthermore, we will not run our gaming site illegally; we understand the cost of customer acquisitions; and we know what it takes to keep those customers.

The title is self-explanatory: “Seeking investors to complete final stage of traditional Bitcoin Lottery”.

2750 Bitcoin... Wow that is a lot of bitcoin. Good luck getting investor, though why do you need that much money for a gambling game?

For bankroll I dont think that is much though. Because you really need a lot of it to cover some loss when player suddenly have a big win. Couple of them have a big win and others is having small winning sure will lose many bankroll. If you dont have enough bankroll to support your site, I am sure it will be bankcrupt. It is just the same as doing martingale though, need more bankroll to cover some loss

Actually we never have to worry about any size win, and we never have losses.

Our game is a traditional lottery (not a dice type game) with all payout based on pari-mutual prize pools, and our game is 100% provably fair.

We had a PM message that we felt was a valid question that everyone should see.

What is your ROI before signing NDA?

We believe from the time we launch our new software, the original investment should be returned in approximately 18 months.

We need time to acquire the customers as explained in the business plan.

We are the owners of PM Poker, and at this time are looking to revive our traditional bitcoin lottery games: QuintoBTC and Lotto 5:55.

We have always produced superior backend software, and now look forward to bringing our lottery games to the forefront.  We understand the hurdles involved in achieving a successful game, and will devote all our available time and resources in order to achieve this goal.

We are seeking 2750 BTC for 20% ownership, using our PM Poker gaming software as collateral. We will also insure 70+% of overall investment in USD (based on $400 BTC price point).  Investor(s) will also receive 65% of gross revenue until 100% of original investment is returned.

We are asking people to wait before rushing to judgment on the investment amount, as we will disclose our project funding requirements under a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

In the past, our previous attempts at fundraising haven’t produced the results we sought.  However, after much thought, we increased ownership threefold, added the collateral, and are now able to insure the majority of the overall investment.

We are limited on the number of investors we can accept in our Costa Rica Corporation, as such we are seeking serious inquires only.

This posting is not a scam, and any such statements and/or unwanted spam posting will be removed.
