 :my phone has some fault for a while that is why i have not be able to given out my daily push-ups report, even as i was absent i was still doing my daily routine.

As a newbie I'm founding the difficult to 50 push-ups at a straight but i was happy to that i was able to archive 50 push-ups  in a different sets 25, 25 and i believe with and my level of consistency in this push-ups challenge thread i will surely improve daily.

I was so sad to see that i didn't qualify to take part during the first edition contest because of the conditions attached on it but i believe on what i can do when it comes in cooking aspect and also believe that, this second edition i will surely take part on it

My push-ups today was fantastic, i didn't imagine myself doing 30 push-ups at a straight up, I'm really improving small small by the day passes by on this thread.

Wow, i actually missed allot in this thread, i was seriously ill  that i was not strong to continue with this push-ups challenge but right now I'm back to my fit to continue pushing and also to be consistent with this push-ups challenge and happy new to you all.
